Welcome to my chic and typical Parisian apartment, located between the energy of the 10th arrondissement and the calm of the 9th.

The accommodations are on the 3rd floor with elevator, in the quiet of a pretty wooded courtyard. Facing south, it is bright, spacious and pleasant to live in. It is a 2-room apartment of 53 m² with beautiful volumes, a ceiling height of 3 meters and a refined decoration inspired by the Parisian bourgeois Haussmannian style.

The large living room includes a comfortable living room and a fully equipped open kitchen. The bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm double bed and practical storage for your suitcases and personal belongings. The large modern shower room completes the accommodation, with a separate toilet in addition.

The apartment is designed for a quiet, elegant and comfortable stay in Paris. It is particularly suitable for a couple or two travelers who want to enjoy a central, intimate and well-equipped pied-à-terre, while staying away from street noise.

You will have access to the entire accommodation. Arrival is self-contained thanks to a secure key box, and I remain available by message if needed before or during your stay.

The neighborhood is lively, friendly and very convenient. The Rue des Petites Écuries is lined with cafes, restaurants and shops. The Canal Saint-Martin, the Grands Boulevards, theaters and many Parisian places are easily accessible. Several public transportation links are about a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to reach other areas of Paris.
