The check in process was supposed to happen at 4, room not ready until 5 but nobody told us the cleaning service wasn’t complete, so we wait outside a convenient store for the keys. After a long day of travel, the last thing you want is more time spent waiting around with your luggage without any communication on the delay. Get to the room, air conditioning is not working. Exchange several texts and emails and get an instruction video on operating the thermostat. Doesn’t work. We spent every night in the apartment at over 80 drgrees (F). They wouldn’t send someone to fix the AC. Total run around at every inquiry. Disorganized and bad service. Showers leak all over the floors. You need a mop and bucket to clean up after every use.Stay somewhere else. Awful check in, AC issues, unhelpful “customer service”.
