ABOUT THIS SPACE

The smart lock opens with a code we text you before arrival — no key handoffs, no waiting in the cold. Step inside and the open layout greets you: kitchen flowing into dining, opening onto a living room anchored by a real wood-burning fireplace and a wall-mounted smart TV. Every surface and fixture went through a full designer renovation, and guests consistently tell us it feels more like a boutique hotel than a typical condo rental.



THE LIVING ROOM — Sink into the deep leather sectional facing the fireplace, kick your ski boots off, and let the day melt away. Two plush fur-covered armchairs flank the sofa, and a hand-painted ski-couple mural sets the tone the moment you walk in. THINGS MOM NEEDS TO KNOW:

You get one king with your own bath, and the kids (or another couple) get the other, so nobody's sharing a bathroom in the morning rush. Wet boots and gloves go in the heated ski locker, which means the kids start every day warm and dry instead of cranky. The lifts are a 4-minute walk and the free bus stops right out front, so the car can stay parked all week. The 24/7 concierge will set up rentals, lessons and lift tickets, and even have groceries delivered before you arrive. Firewood is stocked for the fireplace, and the hot tub is open until 10.



PARKING

One assigned parking space is included right on the property, plus free street parking nearby if you're traveling with a second vehicle. No permits, no daily fees, and no hunting for a spot after a long drive into the mountains. EV charging is not available on-site, so plan accordingly if you're driving an electric vehicle.



HOUSE RULES

Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM — this gives our cleaning team time to reset the condo to hotel standards for the next guest. Please note this home is not suitable for children or infants, so it's best suited to adult groups and couples. Quiet hours apply after 10:00 PM out of respect for neighbors in the building. No smoking anywhere on the property, and no parties or events. We ask that you treat the condo and the shared hot tub the way you'd want a guest to treat your own home — we've put a lot of care into this place and it shows.
