Nuestra hermosa casa Lake tiene cálido y acogedor calor radiante en todas partes. 7 dormitorios con camas king size, todas con baño privado. Tv 32 pulgadas en cada habitación. Tenemos un área de bar con mesa de billar, mesa de ping pong, bola fooz, air hockey y pista de baile, gran sala espaciosa con vista al lago, gimnasio, sala de teatro. todo salón de usos y cocina de lujo. Lanzamiento del barco de 5 minutos. Voleibol y campo de fútbol, ​​cancha de básquetbol. Estamos a solo 20 minutos de las atracciones y el esquí de Park City.

Family Reunion - Great location

Family reunion of 26 people. Lots of activities on the sight. Nearby state park for water activities. Park City about 30 minutes away. Some nice amenities in Coalville-Mix Shop, grocery/mercantile, Annie Bs pizza. Can walk to the places on paved trail. Hike/bike trai to town or to Echo Lake State Park accessible from back of property. Quiet/scenic location.

Overall, great stay.

The lake was particularly high, so it was nice that this was a lakefront property, though in many years, it would not have been. Still, good property. We loved the gas fireplace outside and the big grill and there was plenty of room for all of us. Check in was exceptionally easy and the place had all we needed. There were a few in the group who said their beds were particularly uncomfortable, but the bed in the master where I slept was fine. All in all, it was great.

General Conference Cabin Trip

I got a group together for conference weekend and everyone was impressed with how amazing this place was! The owners were very accommodating and responsive! I will definitely be planning another trip back!

It was okay

The view was beautiful and the house was nice but they did not do a good job on the cleaning we found beer bottles and dirty clothes we also had to deal with a bug infestation. There was also a lot of things broken such as the air hockey, foosball, bar stools in the kitchen, thing in the kitchen cabinet etc.

Team Building Event

We had a Team Building event with eight people coming in from all around the world and everyone enjoyed their stay. The house was located close to Park city and Snowbasin we would definitely rent it again.

Great property for our large and diverse group

Mr Clark went above and beyond to ensure our party’s comfort, bringing in additional a/c units when our hot-natured Texas crew needed a little extra cool-down. We loved the pool table, ping pong, and air hockey. Our party consisted of three different family units, two with children. We were able to spread out and not be cramped, yet the setting is still intimate enough to ensure bonding. ;) We had a great time and would highly recommend the place to anyone else.

Beautiful Echo Lake House

We had a wonderful family reunion at this beautiful house. There was enough room to spread out when we needed to, and come together as well. The teens and children especially loved the movie room! The instructions were hard to understand, but our tech savvy family member figured it out and they enjoyed watching. The yard was beautiful for playing lawn games and taking family photos. The swings were a bonus for the little ones! Jack was very helpful and available if we needed help or information. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. The three ovens and two refrigerators we wonderful. Our stay was just about perfect!

Fabulous vacation rental!

We spent 8 nights at the Echo Lake House, and enjoyed every minute. We had 27 people there, ranging from 1 year up to 64. The property was large and had many separate areas for playing games, doing puzzles, watching movies, playing lawn games as well as volleyball, basketball, four square, etc... Inside, the main area was large and we could enjoy sitting and talking undisturbed while multiple kids in the basement played air hockey, pool, football and pingpong, and others were watching movies in the theater room. The kitchen was well equipped with a commercial dishwasher (only took 2 minutes to run a load!), two sinks, two disposals, a large refrigerator both upstairs and down, loads of seating for dining and games. Lots of dishes, glasses, mugs, silverware and baking pans, etc... The property has a huge trash container, which makes the trash situation a non-issue. Lots of closets to store individual family supplies. The rooms on the ground floor and second floor each had their own air conditioner, which was luxurious. The basement bedrooms were a bit warmer, and we never could figure out the air conditioner down there. (we didn't ask the owner about this...) Echo lake facilities were under construction, but there was a lake 20 minutes away where we went there a few times to play. Directly behind the property is a great bike path, and we took several bike treks on it. Directly in front of the house is a busy road, but the property is fenced all around it for safety, and we NEVER heard road noise with the house closed up, which was nice. This is an excellent rental property with a helpful host who was available to answer questions. We went in June, and I'd also love to go in winter, with snow! Please consider this amazing rental property for your group. We had a blast with our reunion and look forward to going again!

Perfect Family Reunion location

The Echo Lake property was the perfect location to gather with our children and grandchildren. Every couple had their own spacious bedroom and bathroom along with a king size bed. The grandkids slept in the large bonus room and had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful with wonderful views. We had an epic family water fight and many great conversations around the fire pit at night while looking at the incredible stars! We highly recommend this home! Kecia and Mark Norling

Great family reunion house

Amazing house for our family reunion! Lots of space for everyone. The kids loved the games room in the basement, the movie room upstairs, and the swings / volley net / Basketball court outside. The adults loving each having their own master bedroom with a private bath. I would recommend this space for large groups and family gatherings! The host was very hospitable and very responsive prior to the visit and through the week.

outstanding house and location

this property was extremely clean and well laid out for 22 of us. we all had our privacy and the living area provided space to hang out, eat and rest. The kitchen was awesome with lots of dishes and glasses and an industrial dishwasher the functioned well and increased efficiency. The location was great, right next to a bike path, not far from swimming and quiet. The basketball court, pool table and other fun things to do were working and kept the kids busy constantly. All and all a great choice for us!

Perfect wedding venue

After quite a few wedding postponements due to covid, my fiancé and I decided to rent this home as our wedding venue and invited our immediate family and close friends to stay at the property. This property was absolutely perfect for our micro wedding! The grounds are beautiful and there was plenty of room for separate bride/groom getting ready areas as well as communal places for everyone to enjoy. The two kitchens made it easy to cook for everyone. We had such a wonderful time and would 100% recommend this as a ceremony space as well as a space to house the wedding party for a full sized wedding. Loved it!

Wonderful house with an amazing view of the reservoir

We stayed at the Echo Lake house to celebrate my husband‘s 50th birthday with our family and friends. We had 16 people staying and they were more than enough beautiful rooms, spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The in-house movie theater was a fun experience for our children. The house has an amazing view of the Echo Reservoir. The fire pit at night provided a cozy place for conversation and catching up with friends and family. There are activities available for guests of all ages inside and outside of the house. This was an amazing experience and I hope to be able to come back for our next family gathering. If you need a place for large groups, this is the house to stay in. We ordered takeouts for every dinner from local restaurant Denise’s Home Plate and the food was amazing. Thank you for a great experience.

Annual Family Reunion

Our family of 23 fit comfortably in the home. Having a bathroom with each of the bedrooms was a very nice plus. Not having a bathroom available on the same floor for the "bunk room" was an inconvenience. There is plenty of room for dining, but not a living room type gathering area large enough for our group to gather at once for cozy family group time. We used the dining area as our all purpose gathering/activity area. Overall, the house was clean enough, but there are areas that could definitely use some extra attention. An exterminator is needed to rid the property of annoying earwigs and spiders. We considered buying bug spray but did not want family members exposed to pesticides while occupying close quarters. The outside property is nice with grassy areas perfect for play. There is plenty of parking space which sets the property apart from many other property rentals. Having a fence around the property is nice which includes a code operated gated entry. The proximity to Echo Lake State Park is great - only about a 3 minute drive. Our family thoroughly enjoyed two afternoons at the lake. Overall, it is a nice property with a lot of room. We would consider staying there again.

Great property for large groups

This lake house lodge has beautiful views and is great for large groups. The games in the basement (pool, ping pong, and fuse ball) need a little TLC, but otherwise the property is in great shape and worked great for our group!

Large house

We enjoyed the size of the house, that each bedroom has a bathroom, the size of the dining room and kitchen and the game room. The drive to Park City is manageable. The owner was responsive to questions an a minor (cable box) issue.

We had 19 people stay and there were PLENTY of beds and space. Great speaker system, amenities, etc. Would recommend this to any group that wants a beautiful, spacious home that is not as pricey as being right in Park City. Host is very accommodating as well.

Great family gathering place.

DVD and remotes in theater room were next to impossible to use. Better instructions would have helped. Could have used some cleaning. Windows full of dead flies and crumbs in cupboards etc... Was not impressed with the dishwasher!! We had a great time and it was a fun place for our family Christmas weekend. Nice house!! Plenty of room!
