Location was fantastic and the access to Snow Park on the shuttle made it very easy to get back and forth from the resort. House was a good size for our group of 3 families.

This house was a real hit with our group. We all loved the many clean and comfortable spaces to hang out together, the fantastic and well-stocked kitchen, and easy access to Main Street and the ski slopes. We would love to stay again someday.

Family reunion

Family reunion for my small extended family. Great gathering spaces. Excellent location close to park city. Beautiful kitchen which we used a lot of, we mostly just stayed in and enjoyed each others company.

Excellent Cozy Place for Large Groups

This property is located close to Deer Valley, has 7 rooms of good size and is well appointment to host larger groups. While a little older, it is very cozy.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is nice. Rooms and beds were comfortable and sleep 11-12 comfortably. The common spaces are relatively small and compartmentalized. Limited open spaces for entertaining a large group. Could use hot tub towels or more towels in general. (These may be on site, we just didn’t find them). Overall, for the cost in the deer valley area, the house was a good value.

A Relaxing Visit to the Snow Cloud House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at the Snow Cloud house! It's our second year there and we simply love hanging out in the kitchen making late night quesadillas or piling into the hot tub in the morning before we head out for the day.It's a roomy, friendly house with plenty of room in the living room and kitchen and a nice play area downstairs that includes a pool table. The kitchen was well-provisioned and had everything we need. The property management company was very helpful and responsive when there were issues, like when the wifi went out. Be aware, the bedrooms on the bottom floor are connected and share a bathroom (you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the next). Not a problem as long as all your guests like each other.

Excellent kitchen, several living areas and bathrooms for all bedrooms. Very easy rental experience as well. And everything in the house worked!

The kitchen was great...we did a lot of cooking and found plenty of kitchen utensils and equipment. We could have used more toilet paper when we arrived. Downstairs master bath had a copper sink with very low flow hot and cold faucets...something that could be improved upon.

Great Family Ski House at DV

Grandparents, kids and grandkids loved the house.Five minute drive to the base of Deer Valley - House was super clean with towels, linens and even shampoo/conditioner and soaps and lotions provided. Kitchen was great for our family dinners each night. We used Babys Away for highchair and crib which were delivered right to the door upon our arrival. We also used Grocery Girls for food delivery- all groceries were delivered and in the house before we arrived. We would definitely recommend Alpine Ski Properties. Extra thanks to Joanne!!
