Family Vacation

We had a wonderful ski vacation at Ten Pines Lodge! We had ages 3 months to 92 and there was something for everyone at the house. The kids enjoyed the toys, ping pong table and the 92 year old LOVED sitting by the fireplace in the room off the kitchen looking out the window watching the snow. The little hill in the back was a huge hit with both the kids and the adults using sleds. The house is spacious and we never felt like we were on top of each other (16 total). Having 2 sets of washing machines and dryers is awesome when you have a group. Location was great and the owner was absolutely wonderful to communicate with and responded quickly. We were very pleased!!

Luxurious, Cozy & Bright

We traveled to Park City with 4 families in total, with kids ranging from 9-17 and everyone had a fabulous time at this gem of a home! The home is new, clean and beautifully decorated with 2 master suites and other suites on the lower level, including a bunk room for kiddos (boys) and a queen + bunk for the teen girls in our group. We cooked all meals in the gourmet kitchen. The adults could play games upstairs while the kids played air hockey, foosball and watched movies downstairs. There was plenty of room for all, and even a way to find private nooks to read a book by the fireplace. We rented cars and parked in the park n ride to ski which was easy. The owner, Lara, was very responsive and a delight to communicate with. Thanks for a great stay and we would come back!

Amazing House

Great family reunion house. Clean and modern. Fully stocked. Owner was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Only 5-10 minute drive to Park City facilities (Main Street, slopes, restaurants, etc). House is in a quiet neighborhood — a big bonus. Lots of extras (foosball, air hockey, XBox, hot tub, etc). One of the best VRBO’s homes we’ve stayed in.

Beatutiful home

Our family of 16 were lucky enough to spend Christmas at this beautiful home. It is fully stocked and very welcoming, including a beautiful Christmas tree. The rooms were very large with very roomy bathrooms. The location is close to everything you need. Lots of extras for the kids to play with, Lara was an exceptional host. Thank you again for letting us stay in your wonderful home.

Spacious Family Home in Park City

Our group of 13 recently stayed in Lara's home for the Thanksgiving holiday and had a wonderful time. The home is conveniently located about 10 minutes east of the center of town and enjoys easy access to Highway 189, which is great if you are headed to Heber or Provo. The home is part of a new community, so it's much brighter and modern than many other rentals we considered. It easily accommodated all of us in beds and the layout was such that the kids spent most of the time downstairs in the great room (TV, air hockey, workout equipment, games etc.) and the adults relaxed upstairs on the lux furniture near the fireplace. The gourmet kitchen and spacious pantry were very well equipped and easily tackled our Thanksgiving dinner. Other highlights included: a large, private hot tub, garage access with room for 2 large SUVs + storage (though it took me a bit to figure out how to maneuver on the driveway), electric shades, epic bathtub in the master bath along with a VIP toilet with bidet and heated seat (Yes!). Above all though, what made the trip especially great was Lara's excellent communication and warm hospitality. We would definitely rent this home again. Highly recommend!

This house is so great, I almost don’t want to share the "secret" 😊

The location of this newly built house, in a brand-new neighborhood, minutes away from Park City, was simply amazing, especially for skiing and outdoor activity enthusiasts. With multiple ski resorts just a short drive away and easy parking options steps from skiing lifts, it was an incredible experience! The house itself was absolutely stunning. We were blown away by the attention to detail and the level of care that had gone into making the house so comfortable and inviting. The house was incredibly well-equipped with all the amenities and appliances we could have needed during our stay. Whether we were cooking meals in the well-appointed kitchen, relaxing in front of the fireplace, or enjoying a movie on the large-screen TV, we felt completely at ease and comfortable. We found all the beds in the house, and there are many, to be very comfortable. The humidifier system integrated into the house's AC system made a huge difference in how comfortable we felt during our stay even with the dry winter air outside. Our super-host, Lara, was communicative and welcoming throughout our entire stay. She went out of her way to recommend local restaurants and activities that she thought we might enjoy. This level of hospitality and attention to detail made our stay truly unforgettable. Overall, this house is a place we will go back to again and again. With its incredible location, amazing house, caring super-host, and attention to detail, it truly is a home away from home! We loved it

Five Stars - Even Better In Person - Close To Slopes

This is a gorgeous home, very nice decor, great neighborhood. We enjoyed the extras, Everyone felt like they had their own private space. The kids loved the bunks, foosball, and ping pong table and my wife raved about the kitchen, and how stocked everything was. Location was perfect, close to Deer Valley and PC resort and town. Roku TVs were a nice bonus. Lara was a very responsive host, who met us when we arrived and gave us a much appreciated welcome basket. Would definitely stay in this home again.
