Park City grande 2BR / 2. 5BA con loft, excelentes vistas y ubicación

Exclusivo condominio de 1800 pies cuadrados (el más grande en Crestview) con vistas incomparables de las montañas circundantes.
Construido en 2002, justo antes de los Juegos Olímpicos de Invierno, esta nueva unidad tiene 2 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños, con un altillo de gran tamaño. Hemos realizado muchas mejoras, incluyendo nuevas alfombras lujosas, HDTV, DVD e internet inalámbrico. Todos los baños están equipados con nuevas toallas de algodón egipcio y todas las camas tienen sábanas lujosas nuevas.
El condominio está en el tercer piso de un edificio con ascensor, por lo que no te molestará el ruido de los vecinos de arriba. There is so much to say about this property, it was perfect in all aspects. If you’re considering staying in Park City, look no further! The location was very convenient. First, the garage was fantastic to avoid the cold weather, snow and freezing vehicle. We were so excited there was an elevator so we didn’t have to carry suitcases up stairs. The condo was easy to access and was so roomy for the 5 of us. We joked we could have fit a whole other family. The kitchen had absolutely everything you need to cook. The beds were all super comfortable. I’m considering buying the king mattress for my home. The place was very clean and just wonderful overall. The hosts were responsive when I had questions, and even let us check in a hour early since we arrived early. There was no need to contact them after that because there were no issues. I’ve stayed in many rentals and this one, by far, made me feel like I was at home!

Crestview condo was a perfect location for what we wanted to see and do while in this area of UT. The condo was clean; it was exactly as described and had plenty of room for the five of us. The area was safe and quiet with easy accessibility to stores; the Olympic Park and I-80. We would definitely stay again, if in Park City. Thanks, Larry.

Beautiful Place, Be patient with the shuttle/bus

The unit was perfect for what our snowboarding group needed. Plenty of beds and space. Clean and in great condition. The 2.5 bathrooms made it easy with the amount of people staying there. Lots of TVs and places to sit. Easy access to Walmart/Whole Foods and the shopping centers nearby. While a shuttle stops near the building, having to transfer to a bus to get to the mountain adds time. Most of the days it took us about 45 minutes to get to the closest base (Canyons side is closest), if we went to Park City side, it took sometimes 1.5 hours. Buses share the same name/numbers but go to different places, so be patient.Overall it was an enjoyable stay, the unit was exactly as described. We would stay there again if we ever go back to Park City.

Larry is very attentive and responsive

Outstanding spectacular views. A very roomy condominium. We had guests three times and everybody was comfortable. There was a problem with the Wi-Fi. Larry was moving heaven and earth to fix it for us in the end. He bought us a hotspot router that solved the problem. So although the Wi-Fi was Problematic he was super responsive and fixed it. All in all I highly recommend this condominium and host Larry.

Greate stay, good location

We stayed for 5 nights during Christmas week. It was easy to get from the property to Deer Valley (less than 20 minutes) and Alta (45-50 minutes). Plenty of space in the condo, garage was very welcome. Larry, the owner, was very nice, he reached out to make sure our stay was perfect.

Park City Ski Vacation

Highly recommend, easy free town shuttle to anywhere you want to go. Condo is beautiful with everything you need. We had a four guy ski trip with room for 3 more anyway. Fully stocked kitchen, garaged parking, downstairs ski locker. Everything you could possibly need for a Park City vacation without the cost of staying in downtown Park City. Kimball Junction has everything you need.

Well-stocked spacious condo for our long stay! 5★

We had an amazing stay at Larry's place. The condo is extremely well-stocked with all sorts of cooking implements, which was great for our month-long stay. The place was very clean and comfortable for our group of 6. When we had some family stay for a weekend bringing the total to 8, it definitely felt a bit cramped, but still do-able. There were also some surprising additions, such as a killer sound system that was great for watching movies and playing videogames. Larry was a great communicator and was able to help arrange a mid-stay cleaning service for us. The place is super close to Redstone Plaza where there's a movie theater, supermarkets, restaurants, a Best Buy, and more. If we were in Park City again, we wouldn't hesitate to book Larry's place again. If you're looking for a listing for your medium-large size group, look no further than this listing.

We stayed in this Condo while attending a soccer tournament and it was perfect. The location was super close and the condo had everything we needed as well. Very clean, well stocked and lots of space for everyone.

Spacious, convenient to Bus

A comfortable, clean, spacious condo with a 6 minute drive to Canyons ski area, or option of great free bus system, a one minute walk. You could easily have 2 families share this condo. The owner, Larry, is promptly responsive to any questions.

Great place to stay for the family & friends.

The condo was perfect for 5 adults & 2 children! There was still a queen bed unused. It is well equipped & the owners were easy to communicate with. The location was easy access to Deer Valley & a bit further for Alta & Snowbird. We stayed 2/282022-3/4/2022. Unfortunately I broke my leg at Snowbird & spent 2 nights in the hospital for surgery. The location was just 20 mi from the hospital in Salt Lake City so that the rest of the guests were able to continue their stay at this great condo!

Nice Condo - quick drive to Canyons Ski Area

We enjoyed our stay in Park City!! Condo was quite, clean, beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped and nice grill to assist with meals. Parking garage and storage locker came in handy. Will be back!!

Central location, great condo

My husband, myself, and our 5 young children stayed in this property over Christmas. It worked out great because it was within walking distance to the outlet mall, a 1 minute drive to Wal-Mart and Whole Foods, and the interstate. We were maybe a mile from the Olympic Park Museum. So it was a great central location. Also, it was the perfect sleeping space for us. Nice big bedroom and closet upstairs. Plus, three twin beds in the loft. The master closet was huge so we could sleep our infant in there. I highly recommend it, and we hope to visit this condo again soon!

Great Stay!

We come to Park City to ski often and this was our first stay in Kimbal Junction. It was fantastic, lots of places to eat all around the condo and was a very easy drive to the ski resort. Highly recommend you visit, Larry and Jane were great hosts!

Great Condo!

Wonderful condo to stay in, would definitely stay here again. Extremely clean, very nice towels and sheets, well supplied kitchen, very spacious loft upstairs, owner is extremely attentive and responsive. Would highly recommend.

Great Location for Multiple Ski Resorts

We really enjoyed this property for our ski vacation. It is very accessible and centrally located for many different ski areas. My wife, adult daughter and I had plenty of space to relax, with my daughter having the whole upstairs to herself. The check-in was flawless and the covered parking was appreciated, although it never snowed more than one inch at condo level. The condo was well-appointed, which made for a very comfortable stay. Even the kitchen knives were of good quality and sharp. Our only concern was the washing machine could use a few cleaning cycles, as it had a bit of a moldy smell. Otherwise, the condo was spotless and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this property for visitors to the area and we would stay here again..

Enjoyed our stay

From start to finish, we all enjoyed our stay. Access was easy, location was quiet, condo & property were clean & tidy. We were especially thankful for the very nice hot tub and heated garage with ski equipment storage locker. Communication with Larry was frequent and hospitable. We recommend this condo and would stay there again if we’re back that way!!
