Deer Valley Townhouse, with New Private Hot Tub Just Steps Away from the Bus

  • If you want to have a wonderful ski vacation in Deer Valley, then we have the townhouse for you, Greyhawk #9. Our cozy townhouse has a fantastic location and everything you will need to make your stay memorable. First, the free bus stop is located only steps away at the base of the townhouse. The bus will take you in two minutes to Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge to catch the Carpenter or Silver Lake Express lifts for a wonderful day of skiing. If you prefer Park City, take the bus the other way to be dropped off at Lowell Ave or the Historic Main Street in just a few minutes for skiing, restaurants and shopping. It is a seven minute walk down Deer Valley Drive to get to the Historic Main Street.

    After spending the day skiing, return to relax on the comfy couch with a glass of wine in front of the fireplace on the main level or relax your muscles in the private hot tub on the back patio.

    Our townhouse, Greyhawk #9, is a luxury town home with two master bedrooms and two and a half baths, furnished for your comfort. We have a Samsung 55' LED flat screen HDTV on the main level for your enjoyment. We also provide free WiFi (Wireless Internet).

    When you are ready to retire for the evening, you can escape to either of the master suites with one on the lower level and the other on the upper level. Each suite has a queen bed, double vanity, jetted tub and TV.

Perfect unit for a family ski trip to Deer Valley. Great location easy access to Deer Valley base and Main Street with Park City bus stop right in front of unit. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Short distance from everything

Our kids had a great time at the condo. Lit the fire enjoyed French press and the proximity to family up the hill on pinnacle. Owner was very responsive with any questions we had thank you for making our holiday very festive.

Lovely park city vacation!

We had an amazing ski trip here! The Vrbo was clean and a great size for two couples. It’s conveniently located a short walk to Main Street and immediately in front of a bus stop that takes you to deer valley. The host was communicative and we loved the property! Thanks and hope to be back next year!

Perfect PC Location

Unit is everything as described and located close to all that PC has to offer. Owner was both informative and responsive to all of our inquiries. Would definitely stay there again.

Exactly as Advertised

Brent is a great host, very easy to communicate with. The space was as advertised, two full ensuite bedrooms on different floors, making it very comfortable for two couples. Kitchen was well stocked, and the hot tub modern and comfortable. Location was a 10min walk to Old-Town and restaurants, so no need to drive. Great stay.

Great apartment near Deer Valley

We had a nice four night stay at Greyhawk. The location was excellent - free bus right outside the door. We rented an SUV this time and enjoyed the free garage parking under the building. Apartment was very clean and well appointed. Brent is easy to talk to and made sure we had everything we needed. Would stay again without hesitation.

Great location….3 minutes to the mountain. Great value. However…the unit is old, and showing its age. Entry into the shower for anyone over 40 could be a problem

Adult family ski getaway

Terrific condo and perfect for 2 couples. The bedrooms are separated by the common living area so a lot of privacy. The bus stop is right across the condo. I did not give a 5 for the location as it faces the street and I am a light sleeper but otherwise it is perfect. The managers were responsive and helpful.

Nice location and main living area, but a little dirty.

Good location, easy check in. Carpets need cleaning and over all a little dirty, outdated bathrooms with jetted tubs that are difficult to get in and out of. However the hot tub and main floor living area was great. Oddly enough there was no dish soap or any other kind of soap except hand soap.

Great Stay Deer Valley/Park City Condo

Fantastic stay! Location was perfect- bus stop immediately outside- catch the bus to both Deer Valley and Park City Mountain free! Hot tub after a great day skiing. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Very clean. Lots of room. Management was easy to contact- but really we had no needs. Can't wait to stay here again!! They thought of everything- Utah mountains are dry- they had skin lotion, humidifiers and filtered water. Very impressed
