WARNING: This house smells like smoke. We immediately smelled it when entering the home and messaged them right away. We got no responses until the next day. For such an expensive nightly cost this is not acceptable. They offered 100 towards a future stay which in no way compensates for sitting in smoke. Smoke smell is also very hard to get rid of, so be wary if this is an issue for you at all.

Great house! The kitchen was extremely well supplied...slow cooker, insta pot, spices, etc. Fridge in bar area great for drinks. Dining table and living room set up worked well for 8 people. We were a group of four couples and appreciated having our own space. The fire pit /hot tub area was a big plus ..lovely views over Deer Valley Snow Park lodge. Management was just a text away...very responsive. We would love to return next year!

We had a wonderful time at this home for the Thanksgiving week. The house was equipped with everything we needed for cooking a big Thanksgiving dinner. Other nice treats were the included pack & play for use for the youngest member of our family. I was able to fix the timer for the two large conifer trees in back with Christmas lights. They are wonderful to look at during the dark evening hours. We loved all of the windows, hot tub, billiard table and the overall openness of the house despite all of the stairs. The close proximity to the hiking trail was a nice treat. Check in was easy and all instructions were easy to follow. The only item I wish we had was some kind of counter cleaner for the kitchen - 409, Simple Green or the like. We would definitely stay again!

Luxury On All Levels

This multi-level home is amazing! Our two favorite spots were the bar with the view of the slopes and the hot tub. We even saw several deer out of the kitchen window every evening at dusk! Here are some bullet points from our friends and family group:Loved having robes. All the speakers for music was nice. Amazing views from almost every window. Water filter in kitchen was excellent. Nice bathroom amenities.Super comfy beds.

Awesome stay

This property was everything we could have asked for and more. Super spacious and well laid out. Great amenities (fireplace in and outside, hot tub, etc.). Just a really perfect house to host our family which included 4 kids and a toddler. Would absolutely rebook this place again and recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and amenity-rich spot within minutes of the slopes at DV.

Best views and very comfortable spacious home

Overall, our stay was lovely! Great communication and follow through when the water stopped functioning throughout the house two different times. When the fireplace needed to be serviced they came out to help quickly. I love that there are bathrooms connected to each room! I was concerned about all the stairs but the person with mobility issues stayed in the floor that only needed six steps to get to the main living area. There were three different people that we didn’t expect stop at the house. One was a hot tub cleaner…climbed the fence rather that go through the house. Second was a woman that wanted to fix the grill. We didn’t know there was a problem with the grill Third was a lady that wanted to fix the kitchen light. She realized that she was wrong as to the day. It would have been nice to have been given a heads up about these people.

Outstanding!

We loved this place! Clearly had been thoughtfully renovated recently, and every room was well-appointed, well laid-out, and immaculate. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen had EVERYTHING we wanted, and the living/recreational areas couldn't have been better. We so enjoyed our stay here; after eight annual trips here, it's our favorite place. Will definitely return. Thank you!

Spectacular property! Definitely want to stay here again!!

We could not have been happier from the moment we arrived and sad to leave. My family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed the pool table, games, beautiful bar and comfortable rooms. The shuttle was easily accessed via the app and came right to the driveway and took us to Snow Park Lidge where we stored our skis in the complimentary overnight storage. The house was so well appointed- we simply ordered groceries that were delivered prior to our arrival. We can’t wait to come back and would definitely choose to book this property again! Thank you for a most enjoyable vacation!

Family Ski Trip

Wonderful family trip! The house was perfect for multi generation family. Private space for all and great common areas. We loved the location. The house sits on a quiet private street with lovely views and easy access around Park City whether walking, driving or using public transportation. Management was very responsive. We had a concern with the hot tub and maintenance was dispatched immediately. Very impressive especially considering we were visiting during the unprecedented snow occurring in the area. We would definitely book this house again.

Absolutely Fantastic!

We are a group of five adults who regularly travel together and choose to rent a home when we do. This is the FIRST home under consideration for an annual visit…it is just that special. The split levels afforded each guest privacy, the bedrooms were quite comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked to prepare any sort of meal the designated chef desires. But the location and views really make this home spectacular! Hiking trails are right out the back door. The home is located at the end of a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood and views of the mountains (and fall foliage) are 5 star. The house is not too far from Main Street shopping and dining and the local grocery stores. The management company was easy to communicate with and check in and out went smoothly. Book this home for your vacation. You won’t be disappointed!

Contemporary Mountain Retreat

We were a medium sized group of two families and friends. The house is beautifully situated and very tastefully decorated. It has every convenience and the perfect rental for a family with children of various ranges. It is very close to the base at Deer Valley and Park City. If you are looking for a place to do a little work while others ski then this is a place where you won’t feel left out from enjoying the mountain views. Finally, we had friends who also came for the week and were scammed by unscrupulous fake renters posting non existent properties. This is the real deal.

Great location

We have stayed nearby to this home before so we wanted to do the same this time and this home didn’t disappoint. The homeowner was very responsive and the home was clean and exactly as described. We were two families with 3 teenagers and an 8 year old and they thoroughly enjoyed the game room. We didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub or fire pit but hope to do so on a future trip and will certainly stay here again.

The house was great for 8 adults. Very comfortable and clean. The house is very well supplied with what you would need for daily needs in the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. Caretaker was very helpful as well Had a great week !
