Our home offers spacious luxury with access to private deck hot tub The hub for all the adventure & recreation you could want near Park City & Sundance. Create new family memories in the quaint Swiss town of Midway. Enjoy views of Wasatch Mountains just minutes from Ice Castles, tubing, North Pole Express train, ice skating & steps to the Homestead Crater.

    5 Beds/4 Baths: Our 5,000 SF house is located in the heart of Homestead Resort on one acre of land (Sleeps 14). Our guests enjoy a large private hot tub on outside deck with stunning mountain views. Large game room with 55" TV, full-sized pool & foosball tables. Access to a private attached 2 car garage & full-sized laundry room.

We had a great time at this property, We booked a snowmobile trip in the area.Plenty of room and all the amenities and necessities.

Lovely Place to Relax

We enjoyed our yearly family reunion at Hummingbird Springs. The home is amazing - plenty of large bedrooms, nice eating area, and plenty of bathroom space to accommodate all. The privacy of the home was also enjoyed, as well as the BBQ and the hot tub. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The host responded quickly with concerns and questions - which was very much appreciated. We hope to be able to stay again.

Fabulous Family vacation home

We enjoyed the house and all the rooms with queen and king beds. The large kitchen and dining area made it nice for everyone to come together and the family room was relaxing and fun.

Great house for a group

We stayed here for a week to ski at Park City and Snowbird. Bottom floor was great for kids, with own family room, bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful house, dining room table enough for 10, large kitchen.

Wonderful family home!

We loved our stay in Midway! This home was just the right size for our family, and spacious enough for everyone to have their own space. It was very clean and the hot tub was so fun. The home is tucked back in a beautiful neighborhood. We'll come here again!

Perfect house for large family ski trip

Our family trip was perfect from beginning to end. The house was in a nice neighborhood just outside the hustle and bustle but close to PC Mountain. The house was big enough to fit our whole extended family of all ages comfortably.

Family Thanksgiving

Our family had a wonderful time at this property for Thanksgiving. It is a beautiful home with lots of room for everyone. The kitchen was large enough for us all to work together on cooking our dinner and there was a great collection of pans and dishes to use. We enjoyed the game tables and the hot tub. There were plenty of towels for use in the baths which was really nice too. We were completely satisfied with our stay.

Perfect location

Kyle was very kind and answered all my questions. The home was perfect for our visit and was close to lots of great activities. It was a nice added touch to have little shampoo/conditioner bottles in each bathroom just in case someone forgot:) Check in and out was very easy. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

Perfect!!

We had 8 adults and six children under the age of eight. There was enough room for all us to be comfortable as a group and when we wanted our space. We loved the easy check in and out. The managing company was great to work with.

Everything was great except the Wi-Fi had to be restarted several times a day, having young people it was very annoying who wanted Wi-Fi ..TV in the master bedroom did not work ..other than that good

Picture perfect

The Hummingbird Springs Home was a perfect place for our recent family gathering. The spacious layout allowed children to play in the game room, adults to visit in the living area and babies to nap upstairs without worry. The home was well stocked, beds comfortable, the dining area large enough for large families to gather, and there were spectacular views from every window. The kids spent hours sledding and built a snowman in the backyard. Downhill and cross country skiing, tubing, and restaurants were within a short driving distance. We will remember our time together there and hope to return next year!

Great Family Vacation

This home was a very nice home, with very comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. The layout of the home was great for our group. There are plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen is large with great prep areas and a very large table for everyone to sit together. The rooms are spread out enough that everyone had privacy. The jacuzzi was great. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, with deer walking through the property. We had our children and grandchildren with us and everyone enjoyed the home and the area. I would highly recommend this home.

The house is nice and big. But there were a ton a spiders. Like on every level. The house needs to be sprayed. Also, some updating would be nice. Bathrooms and kitchen are old and worn. But it is fine. But definitely feels “90's”

Beautiful Home

We just had a wonderful one week stay at Hummingbird Springs. We had several families with kids and there was plenty of space for all of us--two large living room areas, big and very well-stocked kitchen, large dining room, and plenty of beds and bathrooms. I loved that the bedrooms had multiple multiple beds as it made it really nice for families sharing a room. There is a great hill right out back that the kids went sledding on and we made use of the hot tub multiple times. There was plenty of towels, detergent, dish soap, etc. Park City Mountain was an easy 25 minute drive away. We did the Ice Castles and tubing in Midway which were only about 8 minutes away. Honestly one of the best homes we've stayed at and I've been organizing group ski/snowboard trips for about 10 years now. I

Great Family Reunion Get-a-way

I tried contacting the property manager 4 times with 3 different phone calls and one email. No phone calls were returned and the email returned was generic with added information in links that were not working. My main question was how stocked the kitchen was. ( The first phone call resulted in the person telling me there were only place settings for 4. I asked how that could be if the place was booked to sleep 14? I really wanted to know if it have an electric grill, crock pot, salt and pepper and the basics or did I need to bring my own. I never found out until I arrived. If you are wondering the same thing, I will tell you the kitchen was fabulous! Blenders, crockpots, electric grill, platters, pans, bowls, and more in abundance. There was also a cupboard with basics like salt and pepper, pam, and misc. items (probably left behind by others). Washer and dryer was nice since we had a hiking day and a lake day and didn't want to repack dirty or wet clothing.The place was clean and spacious and perfect for us and our 4 adult posterity, spouses and grandchildren.

The perfect get away

What a beautiful home! Spacious, in great shape, fantastic views. And a superior management team! Kyle was fantastic! Anything we needed he was there in seconds! Need gas for the grill, I think he arrived with a new tank before I got off the call with him! He also provided great references on where to get ATVs and such. If I could give this home and Kyle 6 stars I would! We WILL be back!
