Great property and location

Everything was terrific from the check in process, cleanliness of the property, and communication. This is our second time at this property and would definitely go back again.

Great location and amenities

The property was fantastic for 2 families with space for kids and adults. The kitchen well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Location was perfect for skiing Deer Valley. Excellent property!

Property was nicely updated and location was perfect - across from DV Cafe and right by the resort. PC Host was very communicative and ensured we had everything we needed. Perfect Fall Girl’s Trip Rental!

Convenient, comfortable , spacious.

Townhome is a 5 minute walk to Deer Valley and maybe a mile to PC with easy bus service . Very comfortable home , well appointed, basically 2 master bedroom with a 3rd bedroom with multiple beds. Great place to stay. We had 6 adults and it was perfect.

The BEST Place to Stay in Park City

There are simply not enough compliments to give for the property, location, and management team for our stay. It was a bachelorette trip so we had a few questions before arriving, and the team was extremely responsive with getting us the answers we needed. The home was so well stocked, which is rare for a lot of rentals and a wonderful bonus for our stay over a long weekend. The location right outside Main Street Park City was lovely, and there is an adorable small lake across the street for some outdoor summer activities. We will certainly be staying at another Park City Host property on our next trip to the area!

Great accommodations!

My husband and 2 adult kids stayed here due to its close proximity to Deer Valley ski resort, and the online photos. The photos didn’t do justice to what a lovely home this is. It was so convenient to DV - 1/2 mile walk and you can leave skis and boots at DV overnight so it worked out perfect. And only 1 mile to Main St Park City. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you could want to prepare meals. I highly recommend this property.

Great spot for two families

We loved the unit -- perfect for two families with two master bedrooms and a kids' bunkroom with 4 twin beds. The residence is recently updated with high end appliances and finishes and modern amenities. The jacuzzi right off of the kitchen was used daily after skiing. Lots of hangers in the downstairs entrance. Garage was tight but fit a full sized SUV, which we didn't really end up needing given the access to the Deer Valley Direct shuttle service, which was a gamechanger -- you are at the lodge in 3 minutes after being picked up. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Deer Valley Accomodations!

We couldn't have asked for anything more out of this Aspen Woods townhome. The location is ideal, a 5-6 min walk to Snow Park lodge in snow boots, a bit more challenging in ski boots. The shuttle stops right in front of the garage/parking area for the townhomes to take you to Snow Park lodge or various stops in Deer Valley and Park City. The townhouse has updated, clean furnishings and finishes. The kitchen and bathrooms are extremely well stocked with towels, linens, cleaning supplies and every pantry staple you could imagine! We would absolutely stay here again for a ski or Summer vacation! Thank you to the Park City Host team for being so responsive and accommodating, we look forward to renting from you again!

Ski vacation

Unit was as pictured in the photos. There are many stairs to get to the unit which may be a challenge for some. The only issue (which wasn't a huge problem) is the lack of a 1/2 bath on the main level - the only bathrooms are in bedrooms. The ease of the shuttle to Deer Valley made the trip even better! Once you have the app they come on demand within 2-5 minutes! Plus is that Deer Valley holds your skis overnight for free so made the trip there each day even easier. Road is a little noisy but we were up early so didn't bother us !

Great house, amazing host

The house was beautiful, well stocked warm and big. The wood burning fireplace was a treat. We spent Christmas there and used the kitchen to bake our traditional honey soaked cookies. We had a really great time. What I want to highlight is how professional the host was. We had some minor trouble with the cold sensor which triggered because we lowered the thermostat too much. Park city host sent a person to fix the alarm in literally five minutes, it was almost shocking how quickly he rang our bell. Very very professional, extremely satisfied. We'll be using park city host in our future visits to Park City and Deer Valley.

Great place for two families.

The place had two master bedrooms with king beds and one room for kids with a bunk bee and two single beds. Worked well for two families. Nice place and well stocked. Too far to walk to Main Street in Park City but the Deer Valley Resort is easily accessible.

Nice place for ski getaway

A Great place to host a ski weekend. Well stocked and fabulous location. Bus stop is right there to take you to the hill. Everyone had a great time.

Aspenwoods - great unit

We loved the unit, it was as advertised. It was brand new, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. The location was great, the bus stop was at the end of the steps, and it was close enough my husband who does not ski would walk to Deer Valley to join us for lunch. We will be back.

Christmas break

Great well appointed place. Everyone enjoyed the condo which came stocked with everything our family needed. Great technology, hot tub and tons of thought put into preparing the condo for our arrival. We will be back!

Perfection

We loved staying in this clean, modern condo. The vaulted ceiling‘s and abundant light were very welcoming. All of the beds were comfortable as well as the furniture. We loved that the place was very tastefully decorated, the kitchen was abundantly stocked, and the hot tub was a delightful treat. The location is so convenient to Park City and Deer Valley. We loved everything about this place. Can’t wait to come back next year hopefully!
