Great Host

We are a family of four. It fit us comfortably. This property is recently remodeled and looks great. Close to the lift access. Laundry and hot tub nearby. Had some minor issues, but the host took care of it quickly. Great responsiveness. Would stay again.

Convenient and Good Value

Spent 4 days of great skiing. Clean and comfortable unit. Very easy to get to the slopes by calling for a shuttle or a 7-8 minute walk to the cabriolet. Owners were very responsive and checkin and out was very easy. I’d rate a 4.5 with the only issue being the kitchen is in need of some updating.

Very nice location to the ski lift ( cabriolet gondola) . The apartment had a minor issue with toilette and with the sofa bed that leek slowly out the air as second bed. Major issue instead with the apartment above it that it’s very noise . Laundry and dryer on late night and people walking so hard that seem elephant are running late night and very early morning 4:30 am! The owners are very nice and friendly. Beside the neighbors upstairs overall it’s a good place to stay.

Very nice condo near the lifts

The location is very convenient. The lifts are close, the pool is right across the road. We chose to drive to the lifts every day (2 minutes) instead of using the free shuttle, which you usually have to wait. The condo itself was very warm, comfortable and has enough room for three people. It even had a gas grill, which was not listed, but we used it once. WiFi was fast and stable. Smart TV lets you stream anything from your devices. The fridge is noisy, but we got used to it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Bill and Cynthia!

The refrigerator was very noisy. No TV instructions. Difficult to figure out. The water pressure was so restricted in the shower head I had to lay in bottom of tub and use bottom spout to wash my hair. Good location comfortable bed

Great property, helpful hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. A perfect space to stay for a ski trip and Bill was a great host who answered any questions we had. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Perfect Location!

Just across the street from the clubhouse, heated pool, hot tubs and laundry. Either a short drive or walk to the Cabriolet lift. Comfy bed, lots of sheets, towels and pillows and nicely furnished. Could use additional kitchen items like baking dishes, and plastic containers. The fridge works fine but makes really weird noises that sound like a video game. The fireplace is pretty and heats the place very well. Large Roku TV, but local programming is missing. This is a ground floor unit, so no climbing stairs!

Nice place but could use a couple tweeks

3 small complaints, otherwise really great. I'm not sure I would really call this "ski in ski out", but it is pretty close to the cabriolet lift. We ended up driving down every day instead of walking after the first day. It needs a lamp on a small night stand next to the bed so you can read then charge your phone w/out having to get out of bed. As it is, phone charging is in the kitchen or bathroom. There doesn't appear to be air conditioning, so not sure about staying here in July and August. But that didn't matter in December.

Great place for a weekend stay.

Perfect location for our activity at the Canyons. Property was clean and ready when we checked in, once we got a working door code. It was fairly warm during our stay so a working fan would have been nice, but overall we had a great stay in a quiet, clean condo. Being close to the pool was a big plus.

The property met our expectations. We were looking for a condo convenient to skiing with access to a hot tub. The property met our needs. In addition, the outdoor pool was great and unexpected. The cabriolet was a great way to get to the lifts. Free parking lot at the cabriolet.

Non ski season stay, would return at a future date, only downside was the need for some deep cleaning. Overall a nice place tucked away in a busy town. Would recommend.

It was a very comfortable and clean space, I felt very much at home

I was overall very happy with my stay. Only thing I was disappointed with was lack of access to the clubhouse; I had specifically asked the owner in my decision making process if the clubhouse would be open during my time frame with access to sauna and hot tub and was told yes. When I walked over to the clubhouse, there was a note on the door stating it was closed until 11/23. That was something I was looking forward to, so it was a bit of a disappointment.

Nice condo, nicely furnished!

The condo itself was great. But what has happened to the Red Pine landscape? We have come here for years and were so disappointed in the neglected, dried up grass. It makes a huge difference in the appeal of this property.

Simple great location

Great place perfect for 2-4. Close to the Cabriolet up to the main base ski area at the Canyons. Bus stop into Park City a 5 minute walk. Clean, comfortable. Clubhouse across the street with hot tub, pool, sauna. Owners helpful with nearly immediate responses to any questions. Thanks
