Resort Plaza 5004 is an elegantly appointed, spacious Park City condo rental that puts you exactly where you want to be — at the base of Park City Mountain Resort, where the slopes, the lifts, and the energy of one of America's premier ski destinations are just outside your door. At 1,700 square feet across three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, with sleeping for up to 9 guests, this is a standout home base for families and groups who want refined mountain comfort and true ski-in/ski-out access.

Situated in the Marsac Mill Manor building, Resort Plaza 5004 places you right at the center of resort-village life — a short distance from the lifts, ticket windows, and a lively collection of dining and shopping options at the base area. Historic Main Street and the Town Lift are a short walk away, and Park City's free year-round bus stops just outside the building, connecting guests to Deer Valley, Canyons Village, Kimball Junction, and the best of Park City.

The open-concept living area is anchored by a warm gas fireplace and flows naturally into a fully equipped kitchen and an elegant dining space — a genuinely inviting setting for family dinners, celebrations, and unhurried mountain mornings. A sofa bed in the living room adds flexible sleeping for the group, rounding out accommodations for up to 9 guests total.

Sleeping accommodations are thoughtfully arranged across three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The primary suite offers a king bed plus a twin bed — a calm, refined retreat from the rest of the home. The second guest bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom provides two twin beds — a flexible layout that works exceptionally well for families and groups with adults and children of varying ages. Window A/C units keep the condo comfortable during warmer shoulder-season stays, and a brand-new in-unit washer and dryer adds practical ease for any length of stay. Complimentary Wi-Fi and elevator access are included throughout your stay.

Resort Plaza 5004 guests enjoy access to the year-round pool, hot tub, and fitness center, all located off-site at The Lodge at Mountain Village, within walking distance of the property — a welcome retreat after a full day on the mountain. Underground parking is included in the Lowell Building, with a clearance of 6 feet 9 inches. Please note that oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated and alternate parking is not available. Your parking pass will be waiting on the kitchen counter upon arrival. A complimentary luggage storage room is also available nearby.

Please note that construction is underway on the Plaza deck from May 1 through the end of September 2026. Noise and vibration are expected during the first two months of this window, and a safety construction fence will be in place along the fire lane and Lodge at Mountain Village property line.

Resort Plaza 5004 is a non-smoking, pet-free property. Guests check in through our Direct to Condo process; a pre-registration form must be completed prior to arrival to receive access information. Housekeeping is not included but may be arranged through our Guest Services office for an additional fee, subject to availability, with at least two weeks' advance notice.
