  • Views, Views, Views!!! The Cove at Park Meadows is one of the most picturesque locations in Park City! Located adjacent to the Park Meadows Golf Course, about 3 miles from the Park City Mountain Resort, with views of the ski runs and the surrounding mountains. This condo offers luxury quality and top of the line amenities at a moderate price. In the summer the pool, tennis and pickle ball courts and clubhouse are available to guests.

    This gorgeous condo is 2 levels, and approximately 3300 square feet in size. The entry level consists of the main living space with the kitchen, dining area and living room combined into a spacious great room. Also on this level are one bedroom, the laundry room and a powder room. The hot tub is out back on the patio, which faces the 10th hole of the golf course. 3 bedrooms are upstairs, as well as an office with wireless Internet access.

    Living Room: Beautiful open great room combines the living room, kitchen, and dining area, with vaulted, wood paneled ceilings and lots of windows to take advantage of the views. Also featured are a floor to ceiling stone fireplace (gas burning), HDTV, DVD, CD, surround sound system.

    Kitchen: Granite countertops, 2 ovens. As of August 2016 there are brand new appliances including a Thermador cooktop, Bosch dishwasher, and a new water filtration system. Separate refrigerator and upright freezer, wet bar, large cooking island – everything you need for cooking meals.

    Dining Room: Seating for 8, and 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter.

    Bedroom Configurations:
    Master – King bed, TV, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, adjoining full bathroom with jetted tub, double vanity, steam shower, balcony with fantastic mountain views.
    Second - King bed with adjoining bathroom (new king mattress as of August 2022), TV/DVD. Located on main level.
    Third – Queen bed, adjoining bathroom.
    Fourth – Queen bed, adjoining bathroom.
    Office- King size sleeper sofa.

    Hot Tub: Private outdoor hot tub is located on a patio off the dining area. Winter only.

    Laundry Room: Yes, located on main level.

    Garage: Attached 2 car.

    Air Conditioning: Yes, top floor only

    Wireless Internet: Yes

It was an amazing stay! The property is beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for Thanksgiving meal prep, the fireplaces were great ambiance, hot tub delightful, beds comfortable, and we even saw a huge herd of elk running by outside the large living room windows on the golf course and up the mountain (seriously there were easily more than 100 including 3 or 4 large bucks). Communication was also great.

Beautiful home pictures do not do it justice.

Clean well maintained,property Kitchen stocked with everything you could need beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows and the view was breathtaking!! Quiet but only a few minutes drive from PCMR and old town! This place is very spacious and comfortable! Would stay here again!!

Beautiful townhouse

The townhouse we rented was beautiful all the bedrooms are very comfortable very large kitchen in wonderful views out the back The only problem we had is when we picked up the keys at the office they gave us the wrong directions for the wrong address. Plus they did not provide us any closing instructions which we are accustomed to when we rent properties. But the bottom line is, I definitely would rent this property again

Gorgeous Mountain Scenery

We picked this home specifically for the beautiful views and it did not disappoint. The home is very spacious and was more than big enough for my small family. It is in a stunning neighborhood that is quiet and relaxing. The location was very easy to get to all locations we wanted. The interior is a bit outdated but serves the purpose of your stay. The things that were less than perfect were the multitude of signs on everything warning you of fines you would be charged if anything went wrong, the stovetop had to be lit by a match, the lights in the master bath are intensely hot, the toilet paper is one ply, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom is really loud, and the ice maker doesn’t work. When booking a home at this price point I expect things to be better than that. It just felt like you weren’t welcome in the home but they wanted the money.

Very good but property management company needs to be more responsive

Great place. Only issue is each time we called property management company for the few things that weren’t working no one picks up the phone. Left messages but no one calls back. Also. Lost electricity one night ( not their fault) and no flashlights in house. Again called PM company to report issue and no response back

Stunning home & location; communication could be better

Hi! we had an excellent time but one issue towards the end of our stay left a bad taste in our mouths. On the second to last day, a smoke alarm installed on the ultra-high ceilings (about 30ft) started beeping from ostensibly a low battery around midnight. We did our best to sleep through it, and I called and left a detailed VM for the property manager at 5:30am regarding the issue. There was no response for over 9 hours, and only after I had called as a follow up due to yet another alarm going off inside the home. Once I got through to the manager, they sent a handyman in short order who did a decent job fixing the situation. However, the lack of response to an urgent (but importantly - not "emergency") issue, was a tough part of an otherwise lovely stay.

Great place to stay for a ski trip

My family of 6 had a great stay at this spacious, 4 bedroom townhouse/condo. Very clean and comfortable and well-located to main street park city, park city resort and deer valley. Would definitely rent again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Since we were the first renters for the ski season, nothing worked. The tv, the gas jet for fireplace, the oven, the tp holder was broken. Alpine Ski Properties was there to fix everything immediately. Kitchen pots and pans were not particularly clean. Views were amazing. Very comfortable duplex. We had a great time, all in all.

The ignitors on the gas cooktop wouldn't light so we had to use a match to light them. The ceiling fan in the lower and master bedrooms made clicking sounds with each revolution. The towels were very warn and need to be replaced.

It is a known entity to us outdoor furniture needs to be replaced (lounges) but ASP we’re on it immediately to address ASP very responsive to anything you need air conditioning up stairs is a plus

Plenty of space, updated kitchen, with everything needed to cook and spend time together. Hot tub with fantastic views of mountains and even wildlife out our back door. We played, made snowmen and enjoyed walks on the golf course out our back door. The home is well laid out and accommodated everyone's needs. The only thing that was frustrating was we got there and wanted to open the blind on the main sliding door so we could enjoy the view and the cord broke. We couldn’t move the blind and it was stuck 1/3 off the way up. So we could NOT enjoy the view or even go outside on the patio. Disappointed to say the least. The view and patio was the main reason we pick the property. We called the property management right away within10 minutes and no one came for 5 days! Poor service on their part. Not the owners fault but I would let them know I wasn’t happy with how they managed my property. A
