Ven a enamorarte de nuestro encantador Storybook Stone Cottage. Locamente enamorado. Escondido debajo de enormes pinos y construido justo en un arroyo de montaña tan cerca, jurarás que está corriendo por la sala de estar. Justo al lado de la cubierta principal, tome el puente sobre el arroyo hacia la bañera de hidromasaje y la "Casa de las Aves", una pequeña casa de piedra con un altillo del segundo piso. (Se sabe que los huéspedes, viejos y jóvenes, luchan por la cama. El único inconveniente es que no hay un baño).

La casa principal es un refugio perfecto para 2, pero puede acomodar fácilmente a 4. La cocina es la delicia de un cocinero gourmet. Calienta los dedos de los pies sobre los pisos de piedra con calefacción, enciende un fuego en la chimenea de piedra y sumérgete en el jacuzzi junto a la corriente. Al final de su día, sumérjase en las cómodas camas y las lujosas sábanas que elogian los huéspedes. Darling place!

Loved the kitchen, fireplace, cozy feel, and gorgeous outdoor scenery and amenities. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub! Internet was spotty occasionally, but that’s not why you go to the mountains!

Incredible Getaway at the Storybook Stone Cottage!

My husband and I fell in love with the listing of the Storybook Stone Cottage and when we arrived, we were thrilled to see that it met every expectation from the pictures online. It was the sweetest retreat from the chaos of life. We had a cozy, comfortable stay with every amenity we could need for a long weekend (including a delicious loaf of pumpkin bread that was waiting as a sweet welcome gift). The home was well appointed, clean, and did I mention COZY? I especially appreciated the heated stone floors on the crisp fall mornings! We chose this cottage for the location on the river (which is stunning!), but the home as a whole was a home run. We spent a lot of time at the Sundance Resort down the road and highly recommend every restaurant there! But the kitchen at the cottage is certainly well equipped if you choose to cook there instead. I would give this property 10 stars if I could! Loved every minute and can't wait to go back!

Cozy as Ever!

If you want a quiet and charming getaway, this is your cabin! Our little family of 3 loved our stay at Storybrook Stone cottage. The hot tub was great, even when surrounded by 4’ of snow! Despite its size, this little home includes everything that you need and with the Sundance Resort only 3 min down the road offering great restaurant options, you’re all set. Thanks to our hosts for a lovely experience!

Perfect Home Away From Home

This cabin is absolutely adorable! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, (I accidentally brought coffee beans) they had a grinder. My husband was in LOVE with the heated tile throughout. All the small touches such as the Christmas decorations, welcome banana bread, and cozy bedding made you feel warm and right at home. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for sharing this little gem with us.

Quiet and cozy cottage

The cottage was the perfect quiet escape that I needed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that I needed to cook with. The bed was nice and cozy. I loved watching the birds come and eat from the feeders in the morning. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an adorable cottage in a beautiful area.

This is a lovely, well maintained cottage, with an excellent management company. If you cannot sleep here with sound of a rushing creek and smell of a fire, you will not be able to sleep anywhere.

Relaxing Anniversary Getaway

Directions to Sundance were very easy to follow and when we got there it was just as quaint as I had hoped. The kitchen was well stocked to stay in if it was you wanted. Loved having the fireplace to hang out by at night. The hollow also turned out to be very cute. It was a great location to stay and be able to visit other places. We drove through park city and spent the afternoon on our way in from the airport. Tons of awesome hikes with waterfalls within about 10-15 minutes. Loved this rental. Everything was really well thought out. Also the bedding was some of the most comfortable I've ever found! They were super responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful, Adorable cottage.

Not only was this cottage adorable (habit house like) and tastefully decorated, but everything else was perfect. It was beautiful being right on the creek and so quiet and secluded. I would say this cottage checked all the boxes. We wanted for nothing different. We were visiting for a mountain bike race in Mid Way. The beds were comfortable, linens were nice and soft and we had plenty of towels. Our 16 year old daughter loved having her private sanctuary in the "Birds Nest" and our 14 year old son loved the loft. The kitchen was stocked with All Clad high quality pots and pans, Viking Range, brand new grill and the pantry even had spices for cooking. You could eat outside or inside. Everything is kept in tip top condition. The management company is very helpful and provided a s'mores gift package which we enjoyed. There is also a park you can walk to with the creek running through where our dog chased the kids as the slid along the zip line. So fun and so happy we found this place!

Simply Magical

I fell in love with the location just by the pictures but arriving in the snow was a whole new sense of magic! We walked in awe of how adorable and cozy the place was. It was warm, had everything we needed, comfortable and my favorite part was the heated floors! The hot tub was perfect in the snow. And even though you are pretty close to the neighbors it still somehow felt so secluded. We will absolutely be returning!

Beautiful Fireplace

This property is outstanding. The stream running through the property with access to area across the stream via a stone arched bridge is unique. Upscale appliances especially the gas oven and stove. Clean and cozy. I am a fireplace guy and we really loved the craftsmanship of the masonry. Sundance is just a short walk away. Although Sundance has a few restaurant options, they were booked during our stay due to an event, so it may be best to make reservations before your arrival. The accuracy 4 star rating is due to the fact that it appears that you are alone in the forest, but there are homes on each side of the cottage. It did not bother us but thought it worth mentioning if your main goal is total privacy.

Sundance Cabin

It's a charming little cabin minutes from the Sundance Resort. The cabin was darling but the pictures did not show how close the neighboring houses are. (close!) Fortunately, the closest was vacant which afforded some welcome privacy. The hot tub was awesome and the bed very comfortable. We struggled a bit with the technology and suggested to the owners that they provide a notebook with instructions on how to operate everything and where all the light switches are as we never found out how to turn a few of the lights on. There's a darling bedroom in the adjoining "cabin" next to the hot tub but with only one bath in the main house, it would be tight. Fortunately, it was just the Missus and I!
