B&B en Parkes

“We especially like the helpfulness and courtesy of the staff checking in. The room was clean and comfortable. Probably being school holidays, it was quite noisy being near the pool area but the only complaint.”

“What a find. Room was stylish & well laid out with everything needed for a weekend stay. Bathroom was roomy with plenty of storage. Great kitchenette with microwave, toaster, fridge with small freezer & plates & cutlery. All staff were helpful.”

“Unfortunately, our experience at the North Parkes Hotel was disappointing. Before booking, we called the hotel directly and were quoted $150. We then found the room cheaper through Expedia. When we questioned the price difference, we were told that they were “not a charity”, which we found to be quite an unnecessary and dismissive response. We booked specifically because we were travelling from Parkes through to Brisbane and expected to be able to have dinner at the hotel restaurant....

“Tom and Bree were very welcoming on arrival. We had a few minor problems that they attended to immediately. The room was spacious and well equipped. The bathroom was large with a separate toilet. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.”

“High standard place that is great for a few days”

“Good price close to shops not far to walk ok I guess know blanket or bowl for cereal”

“Simple but clean and conveniently located. Lovely staff”

“Older property but ideal for a one night stay when passing through. Some real positives were comfortable bed, hot water ran too well, wifi worked a treat and the location was perfect just off the Newell Hwy and the main shopping street yet in such a quiet location short walk to both the shops and Lake Forbes.”

“clean room, good parking ,”
