  • Suite by the Sea is a brand new large quiet private master suite completely fenced with great private outdoor space and covered patio. Perfect location for walking to all shops pubs restaurants and the best beach in town. Everything you need for restful and relaxing stay including fluffy robes. Large shower with rainfall showerhead and hand held shower. Easy access to the highway and bus stop for all the wonderful activities the island has to offer. Nice covered patio with seating and dining for two a long with sunny outdoor seating.

Loved this place. Very private with beautiful decor and flowers. Bed and pillows super comfortable. We were able to invite friends over to enjoy the outside patio space. Easy walk to restaurants downtown and sand sculptures on the beach.

Suite by the Sea was just lovely! There was a fire pit area, 2 other outdoor seating areas, the inside was tastefully decorated, great shower, super comfy bed! Deanna was great and welcoming! A great stay!

We can't say enough wonderful things about this property. From the communication of booking, before check in and check in itself, everything was made so simple. Leesa and Deanna are amazing. The property itself, inside and out are beautifully decorated. Much thought have gone into amenities. Location is excellent, a short 10 min walk to the beach. We will definitely be back next year.

Cozy little suite surrounded by myriads of flowers. The shower was to die for: massive and luxurious. Convenient for downtown and the beach. Easy access to Rathtrevor Beach and Englishman River Falls. Deanna went over and above the call of duty for us.

The Suite by the Sea was everything we wanted! It is so close to the beach and the highway for all your adventures! The covered porch and Nespresso machine made the mornings even better! There are hummingbirds and butterflies to keep you company! We will be back

Such a lovely suite. Highly recommend. Beds were comfortable, pillows as well. Loved the rain shower and the kitchen was well stocked.

The suite , garden, outdoor seating areas and everything was perfect. The suite has so many thoughtful and decorative touches that made it very cozy and welcoming. The coffee machine and milk frother, lovely chocolate cookies(my favorite brand), picnic kit, games and books…just so many nice touches !

The room was perfect. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of room to put your stuff away. There was a cute outdoor covered deck where we had coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The deck had a small fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. I would highly recommend staying at Leesa's place. We had a wonderful chat with Leesa one day when we came back to the suite and she was outside. Very friendly and made our visit top-notch. Thank you Leesa

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The layout and features of your space were very good. We especially appreciated how private in the space was. We did have some challenges at night with air circulation, but by the second night, we had worked out how to make the space as comfortable as possible for us. If we ever plan to stay in Parksville again, we will certainly consider staying with you. Thank you!

I almost don't want to write this because I want this place all to myself. It was absolutely perfect. Beautifully decorated, clean, modern, well maintained. It had a lovely private covered deck to sit on that also housed the kitchenette, a two person table/chair set and some patio furniture. There was a private yard space with Adirondack chairs and a BBQ with propane tank. The whole place is surrounded by tall trees and singing birds. There is also a second private yard space with more Adirondack chairs and a propane firepit for our use. We had our own parking spot in the driveway and everything was within walking distance. I loved all the attention to detail....the little soaps, the welcome cookies, the games and books, white bathrobes, the bug spray and sunscreen and an A/C unit. The King bed was super comfy and the spacious bathroom had a large walk-in shower with a rain shower head plus hand held shower sprayer. There is also a second small sink and food prep area in the bedroom area. The Caretaker Deanna was very friendly and helpful. My only concern (since I'm perpetually cold), would be staying in colder, rainy winter weather because the kitchenette and seating area are outside on the covered deck. But after talking with the owner, she said they hang a plastic barrier to keep the rain and elements out. I'm hoping they'll put a little space heater in as well and then it should be fine for me. We will definitely stay here again on our next family visit to Parksville.
