The kitchen is well-equipped. The unit was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Each of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, and there is a half-bath on the main floor. It was nice having the laundry there. Wouldn't hesitate to book again and recommend to family and friends.

Very enjoyable stay in a great and walkable area. The property was very clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean from front bedroom. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.A couple of suggestions to add that may increase ease of overall stays especially for longer terms:Half bath needs a towel barMB bath would benefit from a grab bar for the tubBack bedroom shower would benefit from a shelf or shower benchA mop with washable pads would help your clients keep things cleanSometimes the little things are very much appreciated

The property looks brand new and is decorated beautifully. It was very clean and well stocked with sufficient towels and bedding. A short walk from the beach and around a 10 minute walk to a nice restaurant, the Black Goose Inn.

Excellent!

We spent a week at this beautiful property and had a lovely vacation! The unit was very clean and well stocked with all required items and appliances. Having laundry is always an sdded bonus!! The beds were very comfortable - my only tiny complaint is that the bedroom blinds are sheer so the morning sun is very bright in the master bedroom - pack an eye mask if you want to sleep late! The resort itself is lovely, the pool and hot tub are great, as are the fire pits. It's a very relaxed environment. The resort is a short walk to a lovely coffee shop, Rathtrevor beach/park, Riptide Lagoon and more. Myself, my husband and our 12 year old daughter really enjoyed it here and definitely plan to be back!! very bright in theaster bedroom

Girls weekend

Our stay at the resort was initially booked for a birthday but then became a celebration for the announcement of a new baby, a new job, and a graduation! It was a lovely time! Beautiful property but no beach access. Dog hair everywhere.

Very nice property. We could tell that it was a new build as there was no towel rack in the downstairs bathroom and one of the blinds was not installed properly. Very soft and comfortable beds and linen. It was an 8 minute walk to the coastline but the beach was another 20 minute walk away. There was dog hair everywhere so don't stay here if you are allergic.

Modern, spacious - beware construction and beach access

Overall we enjoyed our stay in this modern and clean townhouse but would advise guests that as of fall 2023 there is no view from this unit and there is construction directly outside where the patio and BBQ area. We kept our blinds closed for the duration of our stay. The beach access is a bit tricky as well. The two bedrooms upstairs are comfortable and each have a smart TV and en-suite bathroom with fluffy towels and robes. The beds are good and there is a lot of storage space. There is no individual climate control for upstairs and we found it got quite warm, even with windows open. No fans are available. Strangely the bathroom in the guest bedroom was missing hand soap and there is no shelf in the shower to put your shampoo. The main floor has a spacious, open-concept living and dining area plus powder room with laundry. The kitchen is excellent and well-stocked with all you need to cook a great meal. The option of a BBQ is awesome. We made frequent use of the resort’s hot tub and seasonal pool. One night we enjoyed a wood-burning fire on the patio off the lobby. The beach access is poor as of fall 2023. The trail down is fine but at the very bottom there is a ledge you need to jump down, no stairs. Someone had piled a bunch of loose rocks which is an accident waiting to happen. We elected to drive up to Rathtrevor Beach as the seniors in our group could not handle the ledge up/down from the access point.

A very comfortable, clean and quiet condo with beach access. Beautiful surroundings other than construction happening outside front door. Still would highly recommend staying here.

It has it all and is new!

This unit was beautifully decorated and the kitchen had absolutely everything. The beds were very comfortable with luxurious bedding. The rainhead showers were a real treat. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place, great location

The place was very nice with great access to the ocean. Had a lovely outdoor pool and hot tub which we also enjoyed between our daily outings. The host was very responsive and helpful. Overall a fantastic family get-a-way and a place we’d definitely stay again!

Perfect!

Everything was perfect, no complaints at all with two suggestions: 1. Both bathroom showers have only shower head that is very inconvenient for female person, there should be shower handle included as well; 2. Blinds in master bedroom should be more dense so it will block early morning sun that woke us up every morning around 5:30.
