The apartment is laid out as follows:

- DINING AREA with KITCHENETTE (induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, electric oven, toaster, moka pot, and kitchen utensils) and dining table;

- SLEEPING AREA with a single bed (which can be used as a sofa) and a pull-out single bed, a closet, and a flat-screen TV;

- BATHROOM with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heat pump, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

- Please note that there are stairs to access the apartment.



Seven days before your arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM, either in person or via self-check-in.

The check-in method, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated to you prior to your arrival.

If you check in late—after 9:00 PM—in person, the following rates will apply:

- From 21:00 - 23:00- 25.00 euros

- From 23:00 - 24:00 - 30.00 euros

- From 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. - 40.00 euros
