“We arrived in the middle of a severe thunderstorm. The rain continued the days we were there. The cabin access road washed out. I contacted Theresa and within a half an hour she had opened her private gate for us to gain access to the highway. Wonderful communication, wonderful environment, super cozy and clean The vibe is one of being alone in the middle of a beautiful hardwood forest. The water feature is natural. The hot tub is perfect. I can’t say enough about how much I love this place.”

“The home is in excellent condition. The appliances are nice. The living space is comfortable. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house which would be ideal for 2 couples. Bed was comfortable. The location is great. No road noise. No other houses are close. Very peaceful setting. It was great to sit on the deck and just enjoy the atmosphere. There is not a dishwasher in the unit, but that was not important to us. A Keurig would be a nice addition. Highly recommend this...

“I booked this house for a family trip and we had plenty of room and things to do without even leaving the house. The views are beautiful. We rented the boat, we went kayaking, we swam right there by the dock and we fished. My grandkids would play ping pong in the evening. “This was our first trip to Hot Springs and we weren’t sure what to expect. The kids had so much fun in the lake for the first three days, that besides leaving for food, we pretty much just stayed at the house. The cove location is perfect for swimming and the kayaks were a huge bonus. The beds were cozy too. We also enjoyed playing the games and finding cool rocks. Although the rest of hot springs wasn’t super exciting we all agreed that we would come back to stay at this sweet lake house again....

We did NOT know that it was inside a gated community and that part of the gates close at a certain point in the evening. If people were planning to come and just stay, no problem.
