Upgrading to a suite is much more affordable than is normal . But the staff is the best part. The respect and friendly help they give their customers is what makes this place so special. “From the time we stepped off the shuttle at the resort, everyone was so friendly & accommodating. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety. The servers were so friendly & would go out of their way to bring us extra of our favorite foods. The pool area was very clean & the beach was beautiful. Our room was also very nice , with a nice little balcony overlooking the pool & beach area . Would definitely go back next time in the Philippines. ”

“I stayed 3 nights. I did notice the smell mentioned in the reviews before I booked. Only one person mentioned it. I Booked it anyhow. I figured when I got there that it’s probably the vent (I stayed on the 7th floor) cause it only smelled when the vent in the bathroom was on. I did report it to front desk at checkout and I was assured it will be looked into. Otherwise, Friendly and helpful staff. Facility is nice. The breakfast/branch was great. Felt very safe. I liked the roof top restaurant...

“Overall not bad. But quite loud, bring earplugs as you can hear everything outside. Quite a few ants also in the kitchen/bathroom.. to be expected to an extent but haven’t noticed this in other accommodations so far. Fine for a short stay if flying in/out”
