“Really good in general. Our particular room had a lot of small details that looked unfinished or badly thought out. Number of the floor written in pencil on a wall. Doorframes and plinths with visible glue/foam. Shower without a curtain or glass pane got everything wet. And a weird triangular shape of the bathroom felt weird. It's just details, but the sum of them made an otherwise great visit lose the 5th star.”
