“This is a beautiful property and the proximity to the lake is truly amazing! We loved our stay. The kitchen is well equipped. The space itself is clean and welcoming. I would say that the advertised sofa bed was not very comfortable and would not advise someone to plan their stay with an expectation that someone can sleep comfortably on the couch. ”

“Happy with our stay. The cottage is spacious, clean, and welcoming. We enjoyed playing ping pong and going to the private beach which is three minutes from the cottage if you are not afraid of taking a steep stairwell down the mountain. Otherwise, you can also make a little detour by walking on the road. A beautiful view on the lake from a large balcony overlooking the lake. We also liked the fact that the cottage is very close to Gatineau, 30 minutes drive for us. We might go back next year if...

“This was the perfect place for us while visiting relatives in the area and only an hour drive from the Ottawa airport. After we arrived Brianna came to welcome us and provide some detail about the home. This is a beautiful property, impeccable decor and design with all the amenities plus more. The hot tub, fire pit and a glass of wine at the rivers edge were added touches of enjoyment. The S’mores were delicious, thank you Brianna.”

“The cottage was very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The lake was fantastic. We had access to a canoe, kayaks and SUP boards. Camp fire at night. I wish we had booked a longer trip. We will definitely be back. ”

“Overall it was a really good experience for me and my family. It's also good value-for-money and I would stay here again if I'm in the region. Detailed review: We wanted somewhere remote and close to nature for a week and this seemed to fit what we wanted from the posting. We arrived late in the night and had some difficulty locating the house (The host gave me exact coordinates to the door so that one is on me). “Multiple decks to enjoy sun or shay all times of the day. Beautiful clean lake with lots of fish and places to explore with provided kayaks and paddle board. Beautiful well stocked kitchen with modern appliances. Tonnes of seating inside and out. Outdoor shower with a spectacular view is a must for everyone!!! Comfortable beds in spacious rooms with spectacular views of the lake. Host responded very quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend!!!!”
