“This hotel is of a good standard”

“They do have a pool as advertised but it’s covered and looks like it’s never been an option for use. It states it’s only open for seasonal use. Which season it’s been high 90’s 100. How much hotter does it have to get. I don’t believe they have any plans to ever open it as it’s a mess the pool pictures on Expedia are of a fountain in the front of the pool. Expedia should pull this property off their website. Very disappointing and one of the reasons I hesitate to use it, to many false...

“A great property, specially the beautiful common areas, great views great food but best of all great people. Everyone was so kind to us, we actually enjoyed our daily interactions with the staff. As beautiful as the location and the property are, their people is really what makes a difference. Thank you for a great time!”

However, the room called Tramontina is about the size of a cruise ship cabin. We did not know this when we booked or we would have asked for a different...

“One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a property. My reservation was for 3 people and another person ended up coming so we had to purchase another room which was not a problem. The woman checking us in told us that she would give us a discount if we paid her directly instead of booking through expedia. The price she showed us was $1100. Thankfully, after multiple attempts my card would not go through so I said I would just book the extra room through the expedia app. When I went to book the...

“The most plush stay of my trip, and very close to the subway station. I wish I had another day in Naples as a result!”
