“This is a great house for a large group. The back yard with pool and hot tub is phenomenal, and the neighborhood is nice and feels safe. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the lighting could be a bit better (all top-down lighting/no lamps), but that's about it.”

“We have a group of ladies take a weekend trip and this accommodated us perfectly. The house was spacious and had a fun vibe. Also a really nice yard for hanging out. The only downfall was difficulting getting a response from the host in preparation of our stay. I had a few questions and had to reach out numerous times before getting a response. Though he did eventually reply.”

Also, when I read hot tub, I figured it was an actual hot tub, not a tub in the bathroom that has jets. So I’d maybe change that description so people know that before going into the house. “We booked this property for my bachelor party, and were extremely happy with how everything worked out. Plenty of beds and rooms for our party of about 12 guests. Had all the right amenities, the best being the pool. The property manager, Eduardo, was very helpful through the entire process. Would recommend for any big group of friends looking to have a good time!”

“House was more than ample for our stay. Great that it’s all on one floor as we had an 11 month old and three year old with us. Back yard oasis was wonderful w pool and hot tub and grassy area. Plenty of shade. Lots of info provided and when I texted w a question, I heard right back. Close to beach and many activities.”
