"The property location was good for the purpose of my visit. However, we needed an earlier check in (By noon), but the room was not available until 2pm or so. For the check out, the hotel room had a reminder back to the door which stated that the checkout was at 12:00 hrs. The housekeeping and front desk, both visit out room and sai the checkout was at 11:00 hrs. During check in and check out, the front desk personnel is required to be gently and served Guest with courtesy and attention, nowadays, in general, it looks like people don't like their jobs but for working within hospitality sector, this must be an important factor to consider by the Owners when hiring new personnel. The rest was acceptable, hot water, clean room, and air conditioting. Many thanks"
