“Ho prenotato questa struttura per visionarla di persona in quanto devo organizzarci un matrimonio il prossimo anno. La piscina e' favolosa e anche gli spazi intorno. Molto bello anche il salone al piano terra e le due case. Ottimo arredamento e climatizzazione perfetta. .E' presente anche una chiesa .il giardino e' pieno di fiori. Ideale per riunioni di amici e familiari. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci.”

“This was truly a trip of a lifetime and staying at this Villa was the smartest I ever made. We were a group of 24; one toddler, and the rest aged 18-70. The property and villa was immaculate. “Stayed for one month, having stayed before. Stefano and Anna are kind hosts. The house has everything you need for a stay of any length of time. The pool area is a nice respite from the heat. The living is comfortable with tv and couches. The kitchen is fully stocked with pot’s and pans of all shapes and sizes. Private gate and driveway. “The villa is well equipped and very spacious. The suites are large and comfortable. The grounds and pool area are tended to frequently. We went for wine tasting and there are so many close by ( some 5 to 10 minutes away) even our furthest was about a 40 minute drive. I would certainly stay here again.”

“Beautiful villa secluded from the closest town so that it felt private but close enough to the beautiful villages of Umbria. We were a group of 14 and it felt spacious. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain but we cosied up in the fireplace and still had dinner outside under the covered outside eating area.
