“From the moment we stepped into the hillside unit, we felt welcomed and relaxed. Fresh muffins were waiting for us after a long trip, along with notes on the unit and nearby attractions. The unit was clean and was stocked with all you would need on a trip. Would definitely be back to visit here again!”

After multiple voicemail and email messages to the property, the only response from them was to Expedia Customer Service denying any form of refund.
