“Es un hotel bien ubicado, sin embargo la relacion calidad-precio es baja. Aunque muchas veces el hotel se usa solo para descansar, pero creo debe tener un minimo aceptable y este no lo cumple. El personal es amable.”

“I never like to put down a place that's "trying". This location is on the water and very close to all activities (downtown) so that's a plus. The office was very responsive to needs/problems ... and friendly. Price was a bit high to us, but maybe not for this location. The unit (attached cabin) was NOT spectacular. Lots could be improved. If you have the money ... stay elsewhere. If not, this is a good base for seaway cruises, etc.”

Remote/virtual staff, timely, communicated with us on check in and check out. They were easy to contact and communicate with, they were kind and attentive so it didn't matter at all.
