“Had an amazing experience. There was a few little hiccups when we checked in but the owner was on top of it! Had it fixed within the hour. Place was nice and kinda secluded like we like but still close to anything we needed. Plenty of room! Would definitely recommend and would stay there again! Highly recommend this place! ”

"The building is beautiful, as is the park. I think the staff who checked us in need to improve their customer service. However, the restaurant staff and checkout staff were wonderful. The hotel smells awful, and the room cleaning is terrible. It's a great shame since the building is beautiful and the natural surroundings are a unique wonder. I hope the hotel's management improves its cleanliness and renovates the facilities. The hotel has beautiful surrounding areas, but they literally look abandoned. The visitor center is beautiful, as is the natural beauty of the place. It's truly a great shame that the hotel is so dirty and abandoned."
