“This was a lovely place to spend New Year's. We brought our beagle pup and enjoyed watching the sunset on the water every evening. The place is well equipped with kitchen tools which was great; we love to cook. We can't wait to return”

“The people downstairs, who live there year round, are absolutely amazing people! The place was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time fishing off the docks and that was a lot fun. The neighborhood is so peaceful, clean and stunning views. Our only downside was that the back door was left open, upon arrival, and it was over 100 degrees in the place. Took forever to cool off. I guess the housekeepers left it open. Im pregnant, so I had to hang out in the water...

“I really like the set up of this place. Very clean. Bed was comfortable and had 4 nice beds. I only have one problem with place. A/C thermostat. Need to stay where you set it. You pay for place to stay you should be able to place ac on setting you like and it stay. Other than that good place.”

“Great location. Quiet condo omplex during our stay. Short walk to the fishing pier and right by the pool. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Quick communication from the host. Only thing id suggest to the property manager of the complex not the condo itself would be trash cans throughout the peir at the stopping points.”

“This place was so cute and very private. We really enjoyed how secluded it was and the views of the water. It had all the amenities we needed including a washer and dryer which was nice. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but we managed. It was easy for us to take our disabled dog outside since it was a first floor condo.”

The pool is right outside the front door and walking in the neighborhood was wonderful. We also enjoyed coffee by the water in the community tiki hut each morning. We’ve been coming to Rockport for many years, but never stayed here. This is a place will definitely return!”

We loved sitting on the patio, met many friendly people while we were there, really enjoyed Pik-Nik, Whiskey Palm, and the easy-going atmosphere of the condo and of Rockport. We’ll be back soon!”
