“Clean, good location, easy check in/check out”

“The interior of the house is nice, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. However the description of the outside, front and backyard needs to be more accurate, it’s not inviting, no curve appeal. The location is on a main street a 20-30min walk to the downtown attractions however is a 5-10 minute drive with ample available parking. Communication with staff was friendly and responsive.”

“Host was extremely attentive and available whenever we reached out. She was flexible with our arrival as well. The property was clean, cozy and perfect for our needs. ”

“Hot tub was amazing. Paddleboards out back were fun. Protector rooms was easy to use and was able to put the games on for a watch party. ”

“The pool was not available for use, was unclean, and the advertisement is showing the pool. The oven did not work and I don’t eat fried foods. The Television in the master bedroom did not work, the tub in the second bathroom was dirty and pillow case on one of the beds was dirty. Used soaps were stacked on the window sill of one of the bathrooms I took pictures. We had to put a lightbulb on the front , because the entire block was dark due to no working streetlights. “Tiny house was a bit confusing to find as well as parking. The house was just right for what we needed. A shelf in the shower would have been nice to have but it didn't affect the quality of the stay. Over all we wanted to try living in a tiny home to see if it was something we could do later in in life. I think it was the perfect size to get us a taste of tiny home living. ”

“Just a few suggestions for making it excellent.1. Place Floor Mats in bathrooms. It is dangerous stepping out of the shower on a bare floor since instructions requested that towels not be used on floor.2. Guest bathtub between two bedrooms may need plumbing maintenance. Shower water drains very slowly.3. Coffee Pot was dirty with encrusted burnt coffee in the bottom. Took some scrubbing to get it clean.4. Master Bedroom has lock with code.
