“Our experience at Gabala 7 Gozel Hotel was very disappointing. We checked in at 14:00 as scheduled, but our room was not ready, and we had to wait around 30 minutes. The service at the café near the pool was also terrible. Orders were forgotten, and we constantly had to go back and remind the staff about items we had already requested. “Peaceful Escape! A truly beautiful and peaceful place surrounded by nature. The hotel is nestled in the forest, with fresh, cool air and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere.

“There was no rooms available and I said no problem. They took me to another place where it was not clean at all, sheets and pillows were dirty. No shampoo or soap ”

“The property charged like 5 stars, but our glamp from inside was in poor condition, curtains rails were ripped, the sofa chair was broken so when i sat on it i fell down. The quality of bedding was poor quality, overall i did not like the property condition compared to what they charged me. The staff however was very courteous. ”
