“Good experience at check-in. Room was very clean. They set up an extra bed for the family”

“I requested breakfast but was told they didn’t do it anymore. The stairs were cramped with 2 turns and inadequate/absent rails. We did not meet any staff. There was a note saying how we could ring them. The hot and cold water at the wash basin were plumbed in the wrong way round. I did not see any indicator for which was hot or cold. It matters because this is where you fill the kettle. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm.”

“Hotel muy bonito y acogedor. Pese a estar el pub lleno de gente, las habitaciones son silenciosas. Personal muy amable. Tiene parking. Habitaciones muy bonitas y cómodas. A 10 minutos del aeropuerto. En el pub se come muy bien ”

“Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

“Really nice hotel with friendly staff and stunning decor. Great breakfast and a fun games room. Avoid Robert Peel Room as it’s above the bar and can be noisy at night.”

“Had a great stay here whilst attending a nearby wedding. The hostess Vicky was very helpful. flexible and friendly. Rooms were spacious and immaculate and the breakfast in the morning had a very large selection of things to eat as well as a cooked to order breakfast. Everything was great...recommend to anyone”

“Nothing . Awkward space , no soap in shower . Never saw or heard anyone., out of the way from airport via $20 cab ride .”
