Parque James Kiehl River Bend: Tours y Actividades

The hotel is clean and looks nice, however, I don’t think it’s worth the price, specially given that they overcharge for every additional detail beyond the basics: $40 for checking in before 4pm even if a room is just sitting there empty, and $69 per night for parking. Their inflexibility gives the guest a sense of hostility instead of a friendly welcome. I found the front desk service to be very mechanical, thus missing the human touch that any hotel, but more so a “luxury” hotel, should have. Even the valet parking attendants seem a bit aggressive. There are some details inside the room that are a bit run down (some furniture, the bathtub). I later stayed at a Drury hotel near the airport and the front desk service was much more welcoming and it is also newer and clean.

Good afternoon, we had high hopes of having an amazing time... Unfortunately, we were given a room where we easily found more than 20 cockroaches. We went to complain at reception and they did NOTHING. The staff only speaks their native language, and it's annoying because they don't even try. The phones don't work, and you have to go all the way to the front desk for anything. The pools are very nice, but honestly, the staff, the room, and the service left much to be desired.

Le habría dado excelente si no es proque al llegar la señorita que me atendió en el check in me comentó que la única opción para estacionar el carro eran $45 dólares la noche (Valet) Ñ , le pregunté por algún estacionamiento cerca y me dijo que cerca era más caro más de $90 dólares , solo porque me salí a revisar el estacionamiento de a alado y estaba en $25 dólares las 24hrs En cuanto al desayuno , wow, super mis expectativas , delicioso y muchas opciones calientes … eso sí 5 estrellas Solo la que me recibió super mal que me hizo sentir llegando del enojo El gerente al otro día o por el día se veía muy proactivo y te hacía sentir en casa y verificaba que no faltara nada , 5 estrellas para el también 1 estrella para la que me hizo el check in 12 julio Y la del check out no me quiso ni imprimir el estado de cuenta (como lo pedo por Expedia , me dijo que lo pidiera ahí, claro que quería verificar que estuviera en $0 ya que también me pidieron mi tarjeta de crédito ahí) 14 julio Solo ojo con las señoritas de mostrador
