“Great place location and great was Carlos in the lobby supporting us in every aspect, nice rooftop, unfortunately one of the air conditioners was noisy (very noisy) and the other was broken generating a water leakage in the room. The carpet was so wet we couldn’t walk close to the air conditioning and it wasn’t repaired. They just placed a huge and more noisy fan than didn’t solve the problem. The pillow smelled doggy, I know Lincoln is pet friendly but shouldn’t be odor friendly. Hoping to...

“What an absolutely remarkable place! It genuinely feels as though a beautiful piece of historic Italy has been transported into this Chicago neighborhood. The architecture, thoughtfully selected ornate decor, warmth, and attention to detail create an atmosphere that is both elegant and incredibly welcoming. This is not simply a place to stay. It is an experience. And then there is Gina! Her hospitality is in a class of its own. From preparing a wonderful breakfast to serving homemade banana...

“The property is beautiful and in a great location. Unfortunately, our arrival experience was frustrating. We initially had trouble accessing the property, and once inside, we found that the bedrooms and bathrooms had not been cleaned after the previous guests, with used towels left in the hallway. To their credit, the property management team responded quickly when we called and sent cleaners to the property. However, this delayed our ability to unpack and get settled.Once the cleaning issue was...

“Do not stay here. We booked this for three days after Christmas. The host began by texting and messaging on Christmas Eve, I received over 10 texts to gather nonsense information. I travel extensively for my job and I’m accustomed to staying in hotels weekly. These questions were not necessary, where are you traveling from? Why are you visiting? Just to name few. I then had to have a phone call. Very odd and not normal. She shared that the apartment was on the 3rd floor which is in the fine...

“This VRBO was perfect for our group! There was more than enough space. The host let us drop our luggage off early since we arrived in the area before 4. The listing initially had errors, but the host updated the listing and we knew what to expect coming into it. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“Location was great, beds were comfortable, overall the apartment was well appointed. Unfortunately there was a strong musty smell, mainly in the common areas. We opened the windows and tried running the AC, but couldn’t get rid of it. We did report it to our host, who was going to check it out following our departure.”

“Está bonito el Hotel pero te hacen un cargo adicional de 30 Dlls por día y la habitación no te la limpian todos los días un día si y otro no”
