“This was a very nice townhome with an awesome location. It is literally less than a 5 minute walk to several places. The train that goes up Lookout Mountain is one. We had breakfast and coffee at Goodman's, lunch at the Purple Daisy, dinner at 1885. Also we had ice cream on two different nights, once at Mr. T's and the next night at Clumpies, both were great. “Everything was as it should be. The house is neat and well-appointed. We enjoyed the neighborhood, and everything is walkable from the house. We look forward to staying here again in the future.”

“Rented both homes. Super clean. Large living room space and big kitchen in both homes. Perfect for our family gathering. My sister had one home and my family had the other home. Quick drive into downtown Chattanooga. Also quick drive to Rock City. We would rent again.Backyards opened up into each other but the weather was very cold and we did not utilize. ”

“Overall stay at this location was fantastic! Property was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Bed was very comfortable! Very cozy and inviting home. Location was great, as it was an easy walk to some great restaurants and an easy drive to downtown activities, as well as to Lookout Mountain and other tourist destinations. I would highly recommend staying at this location!!”

“I do a scavenger hunt every year for our anniversary and I gotta say we had one of the best weekends we have ever had by ending it here. Everything is carefully and thoroughly thought out. It’s a very therapeutic locale. I asked the David and Tonya to help me out in a pinch last second and they didn’t hesitate. I can’t say enough good things. Our favorite moment was nestled up by the fire making s’mores and reading our devotional. ”
