“ Absolutely amazing hotel! The rooms are clean and big. A great pool and you are very close to Yala national park. However the chef Pradeep was absolutely the highlight of our stay. The food he served was also good. Since we are not from Sri Lanka he took the time to explain what he uses, and how they look. Het also gave great recommendations. But the staff was also very nice, very helpful. Even the Peacock that resides was nice!”

“First of all, when I went to 'Palugaha pilgrim resort' it was locked. Even the mobile was not reachable. I had booked this thro' Expedia. Fortunately the auto rickshaw driver was knowledgeable about the place so took us to a nearby place. This did not have any name but there was someone to entertain us. He claimed that was the Palugaha resort & also said there was no intimation from Expedia reg my booking. However, he was kind enough to arrange the room for us. After that, everything was fine....

    "Las instalaciones del hotel estaban muy bien, sobre todo, para lo que te encientras en el país. Destaco la limpieza del lugar y la comodidad de la habitación. Como única pega poner que teníamos pagado el desayuno pero los chicos del hotel decían que no. Sin ganas de discutir ya y, como uno de los dias nos fuimos de safari pronto y sólo nos quedaba un día de desayuno decidimos irnos y desayunar por ahí, pero esos errores cansan cuando estás de vacaciones y reservas. Adjunto foto donde se ve que el desayuno estaba contratado. No se si es fallo del hotel o de la página Hoteles.com"
