“Excellent location and friendly staff”

“The hotel is beautiful, has a lovely pool but it is far away in farmer’s field and very difficult to find. Google maps sent me in the wrong direction. There should be signs and clear instructions on how to get here. It’s easy if you take the right road from the main highway. Staff is friendly and helpful. ”

“El hotel es muy lindo y está bien ubicado, aunque se llama Beach Resort pero no esta en primera fila de playa. Solo hay wifi en la recepción. El desayuno es bastante pobre, nada que ver con la foto que muestran. La pileta cierra a las 6pm lo cual impide usarla luego de la playa”

“The staff was so helpful to us especially when my husband got sick. The hotel manager got us a driver to take us to a nearby clinic. Without that help he would not have recovered fast enough to make our flight. The staff was so concerned and let us stay in our room past our checkout time without charging us for an extra day. We are so grateful to them for taking such good care of us. We will never forget them or what they did for us. This kind of care and service is priceless.”
