“If i could attach photos i would. Staff rude It was more like an indigenous camp No hot water or milk for coffee. Place was filthy with cigarette nuts and blood sprayed across balcony. Thousands of bugs in bed. But bed was comfortable”

“The room we were given had a smell that we couldn’t get rid of. We were told it was the cleaning product used but we have our doubts. We were offered another room but as we were only there a short time, we didn’t want a fuss but this needs to be attended. Our suspicion is that there’s mould somewhere. There was certainly a leak under the bathroom sink. ”
