“The room itself was nice and the hotel is in a great location. The hotel amenities ARE NOT INCLUDED. Be aware that if you want to use the hot tub/pool/sauna, you must pay PER HOUR and by reservation. Depending on the time of day it cost 15-30 euro per person. This was unclear from the Expedia listing and the hotel’s website. Granted, the spa area is quite nice-we ended up paying for it. The staff on arrival was ambivalent at best. We could hear her in the back when we came in but she did not...

“We had a lovely time staying at Grifone Dolomiti! The hotel is perfect, clean and in good repair. The shuttle ride is easy and quick to the closest lift and ticket sale. There are ski lockers adjacent to the entrance for storing equipment and drying/warming your boots. Fantastic. Many good things can be said about the physical hotel, but the very best, and most important compliments can be for the staff. Everyone friendly, helpful, ready to make your stay more comfortable. Highly recommended.”

“The hotel was just lovely - very helpful staff, a very comfortable room, free parking in a very near underground car park and a lovely breakfast. What more could you want? The sauna in the cellar was a treat after walking in the mountains, as was the offer of a professional mountain guide 3 times a week to expand the walking experiences. I've forgotten to mention the self serve drinks available in the downstairs lobby, for which you paid for with an honesty box. I can't wait to go back to smple...

“There are not enough words to describe the beauty of this resort! They’ve thought of everything from the robes/slippers to a poolside bag.
