“What a lovely place in a beautiful location, west side of the Lake District. All the home comforts you could need including reclining sofa and a washing machine! Clean, comfortable and warm with excellent wifi connection. Thank you to the friendly hosts Colin and Lesley who were to hand if anything was needed but who were not intrusive or interferring at all. Would definitely recommend this property and the area for anyone thinking of trying the lesser visited part of the beautiful Lakes. It's...

“A beautifully presented cottage within easy walking distance of the town centre.”

“This is a great apartment - it has a great location within 5 minutes walk of the centre of Keswick super handy access to Booths Supermarket and great views to the North looking at Skidaw and its approaches. Inside it is comfortable and has everything that you need for your stay - all kitchen and laundry is as expected and bed linen plus bath and hand towels were provided for each guest. Will absolutely stay again.”

“New kitchen, nice living room, small bathroom and double room. A good number of DVDs. We found ourself comfortable in the cottage, if you plan to stay in 3 or more people you may want an additional bathroom. Internet connection good enough. We would stay again”

“We all enjoyed staying in the property. It had plenty room and did not feel over crowded with 8 of us staying there. The water pressure for the showers was very good. Plenty plates/cutlery etc in the kitchen. Small point was that the oven took a very long time to cook anything but otherwise all good. We would come back.”

“The site where the lodge is situated is small and was quiet this week. The view of the lake and surroundings is beautiful and it was so relaxing to sit on the benches that are dotted around and take it all in. Even though we hit 2 days of dreadful weather I was happy enough to stay in the lodge and read, watch tv, relax etc. It was easy enough to get to and from Keswick and, had it not been for the awful weather, I’d have explored further.”
