“This was my favorite stay in Japan! Beautiful, peaceful property with exceptional staff and service. I injured myself and was using crutches when I visited, and the staff was so kind and accommodating - they made us dinner reservations, brought us breakfast, and allowed me a bit of extra time for checkout since I was moving slowly. I'd definitely return!”
“it was a good hotel but the cleaning service it´s so poor our room was always dirty we left the towels in a certain part of the room to be removed but the clening person left the dirty towels in the room about that was not a great experience, we almost didn´t see anyone of the personal so the only good thing about this hotel is the metro station literally 2 steps from the hotel and the 7 eleven connected to the recepción but if you are someone who likes a clean room this is not your hotel”
“Location is super convenient, 0 min walk to the Keikyu Shinbamba station, and 5 min walk to the shopping street with loads of shops and restaurants.
It’s also a nice neighborhood too, quiet and peaceful at night.
The staff are professional and friendly, they offer room cleaning for guests staying over 2 nights and free towel changes. Room has strong A/C so it’s a breeze in hot summer. Self check-in and check-out machine is easy to use and has English options.

"If you are worried about connecting to an international flight early, use this hotel. You can walk to your flight from inside the hotel, you don't need a shuttle. Terminal 3 is connected. Also you can walk to or from the train station. Definitely go to the Onsen and breakfast buffet. The shops don't open until 10am, a little late, but we visited them the night before. "
