“This small hotel is a gem! Beautiful, new apartment sized suites with full kitchen, washer/dryer. Great for an extended stay. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Amazing location and interior, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. Somehow had quite possibly the best breakfast I ever had both mornings, and the overall property and environment was perfect for the trip. Could not recommend enough and will stay there again.”

“The Burbank Rose is in a great location to the main dining and shopping area in Newport. It was very clean, spacious and the staff were very kind and professional. The free parking lot was about a 15 min. walk (0.7 mi.), which wasn't bad for us. We were able to drop off our luggage, then park and walk to the B&B. We would stay here again.”
