“The property was different to the pictures posted, while the room is the same size, the furniture and decor is different. The room is also dirtier than expected. The fridge is dirty. There is literal black mold in the caulking around the bathroom vanity and sink. There were constantly a bunch of fruit flies in the whole apartment unit. The shower head has nasty brown stains where the water sprays out. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. The bedsheets, pillow cases and blanet were dirty when we...

The main bedroom the bed was like sleeping on plywood it was very hard! Only two pillows in the whole place. The second bedroom the bed was the same but not even made or anything because there was only two of us and assumed we wouldn’t use it. The other thing was we stayed 3 nights and had a total of two towels. No hand towels or washcloths at all. Found...

“The check-in process was delayed due to insufficient staff, instructions to check in was not clear. The place was not 100% as pictured, too much graphic. The place could be more cleaned and maintained better. I would not stay here again in the future, luckily we only had to stay for 2 nights.”
