We tried to contact them a day in advance of our check-in as Expedia suggested and there was no response. The apartment also looked different from the online photos drastically. Elevators were very fast and quiet. There was some mold behind the bathroom sink on the caulking. Needs to be treated. I'll go for a larger place with a better view next time.
