“Primeland is a small first class boutique hotel and highly recommended. Its 3 star rating belies its quality. The only drawback is that the very clean standard double rooms, although very well appointed, are small.  This can easily be overcome by booking a twin room (for a few pounds more) and requesting the removal of the single bed. The breakfast is limited but quite adequate and the lunch / dinner menu extensive for the size of the hotel.  The grilled Nile Perch is highly recommended as is...

“First, the guy in the receptionist wanted charge extra money, wanted put me in a lower room, at the end, they send me to another hotel same brand, and the experience was not good at all. Mattress are old, furniture broken, taps broke, hot water depends go to the reception to switch it, and feeling observed all the time, no privacy.} ”

“Great location with a view of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Grounds were impeccable with beautiful planting and flowering trees. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good ”

“I stayed one night upon arrival to Moshi. I was warmly greeted late at night. Check in was super easy. They take a copy of your passport. My room - even though I’d booked a single - was much larger and had a double & single beds. Room was clean and tidy with enough plugs for charging your gadgets. There were toiletries including toothbrushes, soap, shampoo & lotion. Breakfast was included and I even got a nice chef-made omelette. They have a nice sitting area by the pool or you can sit inside....

“El personal que trabaja ahí es lo mejor del lugar, siempre dispuestos a ayudar, sobre todo Borealis. Está ubicado a las afueras de Moshi pero por 3000 tshilling tienes un bajaji que te lleva al centro en 10 minutos. Por otra parte, el restaurante del hotel tiene sólo un puñado de platos y bastante caro. Nuestra habitacion era bastante pequeña (la más pequeña de todas) y hacia bastante calor, incluso con el ventilador a tope. No puedes abrir las ventanas porque hay muchos mosquitos.... ”
