“We loved staying at Kibo Palace. Everyone was very supportive of our every need. Lovely hotel with lovely staff. They tried very hard to anticipate our wants. The chefs fixed oatmeal for breakfast and made me very happy. ”

“First, the guy in the receptionist wanted charge extra money, wanted put me in a lower room, at the end, they send me to another hotel same brand, and the experience was not good at all. Mattress are old, furniture broken, taps broke, hot water depends go to the reception to switch it, and feeling observed all the time, no privacy.} ”

“I loved the staff so friendly. Manager helped me with a cheaper route to the waterfall. Location wasn't the best as I need a ride to get anywhere but at least rides are cheap. Just be careful of not getting a agreed price before you go anywhere. As it will start at 2k and jump to 10k for little to no reason....the pool was very clean. And rooms were very nice. Asked for a air-conditioning...same day they INSTALLED it!!! Food was good. Really really loved the staff. Soo kind and some even knew...
