“Our stay was perfect, our penthouse was as per pictures with a million dollar view. We sat on our balcony and watched the surfing competition and the next week enjoyed watching the locals tent on the beach and enjoy their Easter holiday. Felt comfortable walking Jaco Beach and the town. There are any restaurants to choose from.everyone very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to go to Jaco, Costa Rica again.”

Also it would have been appreciated to have had more towels and wash cloths. “It's even better than we expected! The view is gorgeous – open the panoramic sliding doors to see jungle canopy tops and ocean views. Plus, we saw monkeys, a sloth and parrots. The condo is super comfortable - spacious, well-appointed and great AC! Even though it's a multi-unit – it was quiet and private. There's a nice pool – super clean and relaxing. “Very nice property, hosts were very helpful. My only suggestion is it would’ve been good if there was a kettle to make tea. Instead I had to boil water in a pot on the stove while the coffee maker was used to make coffee. ”

“We were very disappointed with the response or lack of, to issues. On arrival the oven did not work. We made a complaint, received a response, made ourselves available for someone to look at the oven on the Thursday. It required a part which could be ordered from San Jose and would arrive on the Monday. That was week 1 and we would be back on track for the last 2 weeks.
