“The hotel is not new. The reception area was acceptable and the lady checking in when we arrived around 6 pm was extremely friendly and helpful. The hallways appeared dirty and tired, however the room was clean and tidy. I was most dissatisfied when I tried to dry my hair only to find out that the hairdryer did not work. After talking to the morning shift reception desk clerk, I felt she did not care. After two tries, she finally got a maintenance person to come to the room. This man...

“The room had a door to an adjoining room. There was no trim which allowed a 1/4" gap where i could see into the other room. The folks in that room were fighting loudly and it sounded like they were inside my room. I didn't feel safe to leave the room or call the front desk because the walls were so thin.”

“For close to $400 a night, you'd expect everything to be perfect...it wasn't. Rooms are very loud and walls very thin. I could hear everything happening in rooms beside me. Worse, the walls are so thin, you can hear another rooms air conditioning turning on and off all night. The staff are helpful but for the type of property they are trying to be, there's a lot of work to be done.”
