“The home was spotless, equipped for us to eat 2 dinners during our stay. Sauna/steam room/master bath were terrific. Nice quiet location 10 minutes from Bayeux for Normandy sightseeing.”

“The host largely ignored our texts and requests. He never came to fix the things that he said would be sorted. The house was generally in a poor state of neglect, fridge door didn't close, kitchen kick board falling off, cooker inadequate for large group. The dishwasher stopped closing at one point and my brother fixed it after borrowing tools from a neighbour. The host just said it was working before. Pool was toxic and not maintained. My great nephew was sick after swallowing the water....
