“Excellent service from Henrik at reception who went over and above his role to assist with an issue primarily caused by expedia in fee payment delay. The hotel family room was spotless, very spacious with a secure parking lot and with the super welcoming friendly service of Henrik we fully recommend staying at this hotel.”

Poco personal de servicio, porque la misma persona de la recepción atiende el bar... Un pero a la insonorización con los pasillos, porque las puertas son directas de la habitación al pasillo, sin vestíbulo ni doble puerta, y no están bien insonorizadas. Salva la situación que la gente suele ser prudente y no muy ruidosa.”

“We had a lovely stay in this beautiful, charming and clean hotel. There is traffic noise from the street as the road goes just outside so one has to be able to sleep in that. Otherwise the hotel itself was perfect for us and we would certainly come again. We did not try breakfast. Very easy access to the train station, Trouville and Deaville all within short walking distance and lovely street to walk down on towards Trouville beach with many restaurants etc at the doorstep.”

“We were staying in La Suite which was part of the spa building. This turned out to be an interesting couple of rooms which bizarrely included a football table in sitting room. The loo was separate from the bathroom where the bath was a corner bath with a shower beside. It was a little dark as the colour scheme was turquoise and grey elephant wallpaper! But the bed was comfortable and we slept well. The hotel buildings and gardens are beautiful and traditional Normandy half timber style, typical...
